The Penthouse The Penthouse, which is on the 21st story, has a panoramic view of New York City. The Penthouse, with its 1300 square feet of interior space and 1300 square feet of terrace, is ideal for special events ranging from seated dinners and cocktail receptions to corporate meetings and fashion shows. A surround sound music system, four separate bathrooms, and a flexible selection of accessible furniture options are all included in the space. The Overlook The Overlook is a multi-purpose meeting and conference venue with a furnished terrace overlooking our garden. The bright space, which is located on the second floor, can accommodate 16 guests at the boardroom table and has a 60” HDMI compatible TV & Wi-Fi. The Perch The Perch, on the second level, is accessible for private business meetings of 4-6 people. The 255 sq ft room views our private garden on East 5th Street and Bowery, with floor-to-ceiling windows set among the trees. Chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, and a desk are all included in the Perch's setup. Private Dining Room The private dining room at Narcissa may seat up to 10 people for a private lunch, dinner, or meeting. The location, which is adjacent to the restaurant's main dining room and has its own private bar, overlooks our tranquil garden. On request, a high-definition LED television screen can be used for presentations.

Frankies 457’s private event space is a converted blacksmith’s stable located in the garden behind their restaurant at 457 Court Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.   A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic, Jarrod Fox and Taylor Lintz decided they wanted to bring back the joy of entertainment that the Williamsburg community was lacking. Taking inspiration from an outdoor movie theater, Jarrod figured if people can get together and socially distance themselves to watch a movie, he could find a way to make the same thing happen with a bar. His idea, TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar, grew larger as he approached a number of venues with the concept. Taylor then quit her full-time day job to take over operations and help invest in the bar, and the rest is history. TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar was made with COVID-19 in mind to create a one-of-a-kind bar and entertainment experience. Each table fits up to 10 guests, has its own heater if needed, a 65 inch TV, a QR Code for contactless food and beverage orders, and a hand sanitizing station. Parties sit 7-8 feet apart or have plexiglass to keep a safe distance while enjoying live music, sports, food, and drinks. Later, I made my way into the New York City restaurant industry, where I worked as a pastry chef at the Russian Tea Room. I was awarded two gold medals by the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique's Salon of Culinary Art for my work in the kitchen. Having worked at places such as the Glen Oaks Country Club, City Hall, La Grenouille, and Gascogne Bistro, I decided to branch out and open my own restaurant on Staten Island in 2007. Over the course of seven years, the Alor Cafe has evolved into a fine dining and music venue. Today, I am the proud father of three children, and I live in Brooklyn with my wife. As a business owner, I take pleasure in giving back to my community. I also appreciate that Staten Island's accessibility allows for affordable ownership while still remaining connected to the city's energy. I recently ended my relationship with my long-term partner, but I'm ready to move on to the next phase. My current project is the "Better Burger" Project for the Chefs of America Foundation, on which I am currently working as a member. I've taken on this responsibility with the goal of demonstrating to the Staten Island community that eating healthy, sustainable foods is a wise choice and that this is the direction in which the restaurant market is moving.
