  HISTORY OF THE VENUE The Brake & Clutch building was constructed in the 1930s and served as the home of Brake & Clutch Service Co. for many years before closing in the 1980s. It stood empty for years, waiting to be converted into the space it is now! The venue, which launched in 2017, is run by a mother and two children who designed it expressly for special gatherings. The towering ceilings, industrial atmosphere, and high-end finish lend themselves to basic and elegant styles, as well as anything in between. It has been completely transformed into a wedding and event facility. Beautiful lighting, furnishings, and accents have been used to bring exposed brick, concrete floors, and wooden beams to life. Every room has been meticulously planned and arranged to provide the best possible environment for you and your guests. The venue was founded in August 2017 and is owned and run by a family. Our sole caterer is CN Catering. Our entrance is on Exposition, near the elephant painting, on the extreme end of Deep Ellum on Main Street & Exposition!
