The Mouzon House is a restored 1883 Victorian estate in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering boutique private events anchored in New Orleans-inspired, farm-to-table cuisine. The property carries a rich history: Ardelle Mouzon-McCoy acquired the home in 1919 and successfully fought its demolition during 1970s urban renewal with support from her church and Skidmore College professors. The Pedinotti family later purchased and restored the house to its original 1883 aesthetic, adding interior murals depicting both family histories and garden imagery. The estate accommodates up to 60 guests for a seated dinner in its largest single room, and up to 120 for cocktail-style receptions across the full house — which includes private dining rooms, a wraparound porch, and a large open-air covered patio. The venue suits boutique weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, showers, birthday celebrations, and family reunions. Menus are customized to each event with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, craft cocktails, and wine pairings. The Mouzon House operates with a strong commitment to sustainability, from its partnerships with local farmers to an events model that tailors food quantities to confirmed guest counts to minimize waste.

The Hill at Wright's Farm is situated on a 450-acre working farm in the center of the Hudson Valley, New York, and is surrounded by fresh peach trees in the summer and Mutsu, Mac, and Cortland apple trees in the fall. The Shawangunk Mountain Ridge serves as the backdrop to this landmark, and the view from there is so spectacular that the fields surrounding The Hill were kept unplanted in order to preserve the scenic grandeur of the surrounding area. In addition to the already noticeable attraction, the natural aroma of the peach flowers and apple blooms enhances the experience. The Hill got its start in 2014, when our daughter made the decision to have her wedding “on top of the hill.” The rest is history. Because of the site's allure, making the decision to use it was a straightforward process. Plans were drawn up to construct a terrace that would overlook the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. The patio is enclosed by a split-rail fence, which is ideal for accommodating all of the event's guests. Whether it is in the afternoon or at night, the sky surrounding The Hill stretches for miles in every direction, and the sunsets are impossible to capture with a digital camera. The Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, located in the Bronx's Pelham Bay Park and the only remaining big country estate in the city, covers the social history of the individuals who lived and worked on the estate during the nineteenth century. Less is more in this case. The mission of the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, which is the last remaining "great country estate" in the Bronx Pelham Bay Park, is to create a vibrant site through the preservation, restoration, and interpretation of the property and grounds for the benefit of the public throughout the greater New York City metropolitan area and beyond. In order to achieve our mission, we must do the following things: 1) protect, preserve, and restore the site's architecture, landscape, and collection; 2) interpret the site's history in compelling and innovative ways; and 3) develop dynamic education programs for students in grades K-12, adults, and families. In addition to being administered by the Bartow-Pell Conservancy, which is a proud partner member of the Historic House Trust and the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum is home to the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum.
