Tribrook Club sits at 141 Country Club Road in Lexington, Virginia, on grounds with roots dating back to 1902, when six original golf holes were first laid out in town. The club expanded to nine holes in 1930 with the acquisition of the former Tribrook Farm acreage, and grew again in 1969 with a final land purchase that made way for the full 18-hole course, designed by golf course architect Ellis Maples and debuted in 1971 as Lexington Golf and Country Club. The club has recently partnered with Washington and Lee University to reinvigorate the property, and has been renamed Tribrook Club to honor that long history while carrying it forward. The club describes itself as "a distinct and welcoming club, a place to belong, reconnect, and carry forward a legacy of warmth and excellence." A full renovation of the clubhouse, dining spaces, pool, and golf performance facilities is currently underway, with a grand reopening planned for 2027 to mark the club's 125th anniversary. In the meantime, a portion of the club's grounds has reopened for limited golf access. Beyond its championship golf course, the club offers food and beverage service through Tribrook Bar & Grill, swimming facilities, and event venues that have long served as a gathering place for members, families, and the broader Lexington community, including Washington and Lee University and VMI.

Belle Isle State Park is an 892-acre state park set along Virginia's Northern Neck, where the Rappahannock River meets seven miles of shoreline, tidal wetlands, farmland, and upland forest. The park's historic Bel Air area, anchored by a colonial-reproduction mansion built in 1942, hosts outdoor weddings and receptions for up to 250 guests; couples who book the area also gain use of the adjoining Bel Air Guest House for overnight stays, and arrange their own catering, music, and rental furnishings. Beyond the Bel Air grounds, the park offers three picnic shelters -- Humphreys, Rappahannock, and Deep Creek -- for smaller private gatherings, each supplied with grills and tables, with two offering waterfront views and beach access. Guests can also explore nearly 10 miles of trails, a 1,000-foot accessible boardwalk with an observation deck, a fishing pier, and boat launches, or rent canoes, kayaks, and bicycles through the park's visitor center.

Rock Hill Pavilion, formerly known as Rock Hill Plantation House, is a family-owned rural estate in Stafford, Virginia that has hosted weddings, conferences, and other celebrations for 18 years. The venue is owned and operated by Stefan and Dorothy Maier, and welcomes up to 120 guests for a single event with exclusive use of the property for the day. Nestled in the rolling countryside of northwestern Stafford, the estate's grounds include three ponds and several centenarian trees that provide a backdrop for wedding-day portraits. Couples prepare in the main house's antique-furnished Bridal Suite before exchanging vows in the outdoor Ceremonial Pavilion, surrounded by garden and pasture views. The celebration then moves indoors to the Carriage House Reception Hall, which features a chef's kitchen, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and a veranda overlooking the pool and its fountain. Rock Hill Pavilion is located about an hour and fifteen minutes from Washington, D.C., with easy access to Interstate 95, Route 17, and Fredericksburg.
