The MODERN requires you use one of our preferred catering partners for your event and will not refer or allow catering services from outside caterers other than for special dietary, cultural, or religious reasons that our preferred Caterer does not customarily provide. The MODERN at its sole discretion, will determine if the outside caterer is adequate and capable of providing services that meet The MODERN’s high standards.
