The Continental Club is a subterranean entertainment destination tucked beneath the historic Hellman Building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Accessed through a private entrance on West 4th Street, the venue spans 6,000 square feet of serviceable space and draws on the atmosphere of a classic supper club — dark leather banquettes, mirrored surfaces, warm red lighting, disco balls, and walls lined with framed photographs. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests across its full 6,000-square-foot footprint, or up to 150 guests in the 3,000-square-foot half-venue configuration. A central bar anchors the main room, with seating areas arranged around a dedicated dance floor. A coat check and scullery round out the facility. The Continental Club is available for private and corporate buyouts, including branded activations, holiday parties, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners. In addition to being included on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate has been available to the public as a park since 1971 and has been owned by the City of Beverly Hills since 1965. The outdoor grounds and historic architecture of Greystone offer a variety of ambiances that may be utilized for your wedding, whether it be grand or simple, Hollywood glamorous or California informal. This article provides an overview of the locations that may be utilized for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Applicants for special events or wedding parties (either individual) who live in the City of Beverly Hills and have evidence of residency may reserve their event date up to a year in advance. This applies to both types of events. Dates can be reserved up to ten months in advance for those who are not residents. Wedding Ceremony Only: Residents have the ability to make reservations 9 months in advance, but non-residents only have 6 months' notice.
