We have event packages to fit each of these occasions. Supper Clubs are a Midwestern tradition and our St. Clair Supper Club is named after chef Achatz's home town in Michigan. Just below Roister we've created a comfortable spot to enjoy first class Prime Rib, Sweet Brandy Old Fashioned’s, Spicy Shrimp Cocktails, and delicious dishes and daily specials. The Celeste building was originally built in 1888 by the firm Denkmar Adler & Louis Sullivan as a glass factory, the building still exudes the vintage glow that harkens back to the Hubbard neighborhood’s industrial roots. However, inside Celeste, there are four distinct levels –Whiskey Bar, Deco Supper Club, Disco, and the rooftop Garden – each interpreting a glamorous late 19th and early 20th century mood with subtly gorgeous nuances. These include a combination of tiled floors with monogrammed glass walls and iron detail and gold leaf ceilings with marble and Victorian furniture. Located at 111 W.
