The Arkell Museum at Canajoharie is an art museum and library situated in the Mohawk Valley of upstate New York. Founded by Bartlett Arkell — the first president of the Beech-Nut Packing Company — the original building opened in 1925, with a dedicated gallery wing added in 1927 and a major expansion completed in 2007. The permanent collection emphasizes American paintings from 1860 to 1940, including works by Winslow Homer, Childe Hassam, John Singer Sargent, Albert Bierstadt, Thomas Hart Benton, and Gilbert Stuart. Permanent galleries also cover Mohawk Valley history and a collection of early Beech-Nut advertising material. Private events are accommodated in the Great Hall, a large open room with natural light flowing through high windows and a distinctive floor painted as a map of the surrounding area. The space seats up to 120 guests at tables and is well suited to weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, and seminars. The 1929 Memorial Garden provides an outdoor setting for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and photography, while a dedicated Classroom serves smaller gatherings of up to 20.

The 1796 House Inn at the Ridge is a pre-Victorian homestead built in 1796, set on 5 acres in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountains just outside New Paltz, New York. The working farm property features barns, a natural lotus pond, and multiple gardens that together serve as a backdrop for small, intimate events — the inn accommodates up to 50 guests for weddings, yoga retreats, vow renewals, and private gatherings. The inn's private chef, a 1974 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, prepares farm-to-table meals drawing from the property's own vegetable garden. Four pet-friendly guest rooms are available for overnight stays, allowing wedding parties and family to remain on-site throughout the celebration. Ridgemont Country Club

The property at 3717 West Ridge Road has a history stretching back to an 1855 family farm; the golf course was established in 1923 and remains the only private course in this part of the city. The club's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a dining room wing added in 1961 with views of the pool and surrounding grounds, and a clubhouse that preserves the character of the original 1840s mansion on the property. The Founders' Room, Kearns Room, and Main Lounge step up to 60–100 guests, and the Main Dining Room hosts seated dinners of up to 250. The Front Club Terrace extends the property outdoors for receptions of up to 100. The club's culinary team handles catering ranging from casual buffets and grazing stations to formal seated dinners. The venue accommodates a full spectrum of occasions — wedding ceremonies and receptions, birthday and graduation celebrations, rehearsal dinners, reunions, and business events including board meetings, day retreats, and holiday parties.
