Atmosphere is a newly renovated 2700 sq ft event space on the 4th floor in Westlake overlooking the gorgeous Lake Union. Our venue serves as an event space for corporate events, networking events, galas, wedding ceremonies & receptions, mitzvahs, quinceañeras, workshops, birthday parties, photoshoots, and so much more. Our venue offers ample space to host your event, with a seated capacity that can accommodate up to 80 guests. The seating arrangement is perfect for more intimate gatherings, such as dinners or presentations, where guests can comfortably enjoy the event in a relaxed setting. However, if you’re planning a more lively and dynamic event, our venue is also equipped to handle cocktail or standing events, with a capacity that can accommodate up to 150 guests. Despite the fact that our west is no longer the wild and untamed frontier of yesteryear, its difficulties remain genuine, and its environment is still underdeveloped. There is still more to be built in the whiskey industry, and we are positioned now in our common history to embark on our own bold effort. And so we set forth, full of hope and determination, to construct our future and sculpt our Western landscape. Innovativeness is inherent in American Single Malt Whiskey, both in its creation and in its continued presence. Having said that, we don't innovate just for the sake of being innovative. However, we see the chance to offer new ideas to the world of single malt whiskey, and we will continue to be devoted to expressing our provenance. Built in the SoDo neighborhood of downtown Seattle, the 13,000 square-foot building features 40-foot ceilings, exposed original wood beams, and plenty of open space for working and relaxing. There is a spacious Tasting Room and Bar that serves as the main location for entertaining visitors, while the Cask Room adjacent to the Tasting Room provides a more private atmosphere.

Built in 1923, this three-story facility contains a variety of spaces suitable for your event needs. This historical church building includes arched windows, vaulted ceilings and custom woodwork and lighting. The building has been updated to serve as an event venue. We have two large spaces that are great for weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvah's, corporate events and celebrations.

Visitors can unwind and rejuvenate at our newly renovated spa, reconnect with nature on a lakeside bike ride or morning kayak adventure, and indulge in locally inspired cuisine at one of our two waterfront restaurants, all of which are located on the property. Hazard Factory Outlet is a 3000 sq ft warehouse space we use for team building events and art shows. The outlet is managed by Hazard Factory, an industrial arts studio. The Outlet has 22 foot ceilings, a 20 by 30 movie screen, couches and a bar. It is very easy to load in and load out and parking is always available. We keep 200 chairs and 12 eight foot tables for our clients. This is a good space for pop-ups, birthday parties and presentations, or just to get people together for a movie night. It is low key.

Everyone who lives, works, or attends school in Mount Baker is automatically enrolled as a member of the Club. There are no membership dues to pay! The Mount Baker Community Club, founded in 1909, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a meeting area for neighbors to get together, get to know one another, and foster a sense of community. Throughout the year, the Community Club offers a variety of activities and festivities. The Clubhouse can be rented for a variety of purposes, including private events, parties, off-site meetings, and other gatherings. You have the option of renting the full facility or simply the ballroom or conference room. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment, a range of tables and seats, and a fully functional kitchen. If there is any equipment that we do not have on site, we have excellent working ties with numerous local suppliers that can meet all of your needs at competitive prices. Do you require a caterer? INFORMATION ABOUT US L'Oursin is a French restaurant and bar in Seattle's Capitol Hill/Central District that also has a small food and wine market. Dinner is served from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Our market is open from 3:30pm to 9:00pm on Tuesdays through Sundays. In the market, you'll find a carefully curated assortment of fine cheeses, meats, and other speciality goods, as well as a large selection of natural wines, also known as vins naturels in French. Please keep in mind that proof of double vaccination (a card or a photo would suffice) and matching identification are required in order to dine with us. Anyone who is not seated at a table is still obligated to wear a mask. Our corkage price for outside wine is $30 per bottle ($45 for magnums), with a two-bottle restriction per table for each bottle brought in. Our market offers a variety of delectable things to take home with you; however, we do not offer our supper menu to-go. Life on Mars is a Plant-Based Bar located in the center of Capitol Hill at Pike & Harvard. We offer a full dinner and late-night menu, as well as brunch on the weekends. Enjoy your drinks and food inside next to our 6,000 vinyl record wall, or outside on our covered patio. Life on Mars is considered by many as the best date night bar in Seattle and is known for its incredible cocktail menu that offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The music is programmed by long time music aficionados John Richards of KEXP and Steven Severin co-owner of Neumos and architect of the re-imagining of Bumbershoot 2023 and during happy hour YOU select what you want to hear from the wall of vinyl It is within walking distance to several great music venues and convention center in the city. Historic Mansion + Carriage House surrounded by green space in charming First Hill neighborhood HISTORY The Mansion maintains the historic glamour and charm of the 1900s as originally one of Seattle’s founding families estate home. The splendor of the Stimson-Green Mansion derives from an assortment of vintage artifacts, fixtures, fireplaces and leaded windows. Home to the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation, no detail is overlooked. BEST USES The Mansion offers a fantastic backdrop for any event looking to add a touch of historic grandeur. From a casual birthday party to an intimate wedding celebration, the venue is flexible to meet your vision. Each booking is expected to bring their own food and beverage. Your rental includes everything you need such as warming trays, compostable plates and flatware, serving platters, ice, and more. You will work with our Events Coordinator to determine the best floor plan for your event. Tables and chairs are available in a variety of layouts that perfectly suite a cocktail party for 150 or a seating affair for up to 65 people. Other options can be provided at an additional cost, such as bartender, DJ, and parking garage. THE SPACE The main floor and main entrance welcomes guests with a Grand Foyer worthy of the family that built this home. To one end of the hall is the Library and a view of the largest fireplace of the property. All throughout is artwork and artifacts reflecting the early 20th century history of the building. The Library is home to both a large ornate fireplace and also a small mezzanine that is home to a baby grand piano. One wall is lined with books and another with large picture windows. Portraits of the Stimson & Green families give the room a regal atmosphere. The dining room also includes a fireplace and an ornate romanesque dining table that seats 20 (including 20 upholstered dining chairs), plenty of room for the grandest food buffet.
