A modern re-imagining of a seaside whaling tavern described in Herman Melville's Moby Dick, Quick Eternity is a new cocktail bar located in a landmarked building in the South Street Seaport with innovative cocktails, a menu of New England-accented small plates, and custom hand painted murals with art and design inspired by the classic 19th century whaling epic. Quick Eternity's second-floor event space, The Gam, can host cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests or the entire cocktail bar can be rented for buyouts of the space.

Our main floor boasts of 2500 sqft space and the mezzanine covers 1000 sqft. We also recently debuted a 1,500-square-foot private dining room. Beauty & Essex is available for all variety of events, from intimate dinners for 12 up to cocktail events for 550 people. The restaurant sits behind a functioning pawn shop and has a full service bar on both floors, as well as 4 dining rooms and a lounge area. Each of our spaces can be reserved semi-privately or combined for full floor and restaurant buyouts. Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Various rooms for lounging and dining unfold on two floors, like a large turn-of-the-century townhouse. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores. The space is truly versatile and is ideal for corporate events, fashion shows, reward dinners, movie premiere parties, and film shoots.

Tijuana Picnic hosts a variety of private events in their ground floor restaurant, downstairs lounge, or both! Whether you're looking for some passed appetizers and pitchers of margaritas, or a full four course seated dinner, Tijuana Picnic has you covered. Tijuana Picnic has been repeatedly named one of the best places in the city to host a birthday party. The restaurant's event space is also perfect for weddings, product launches, afterparties, business dinners, showers, and any other type of special event. For private events, the Ground Floor Dining Room of Tijuana Picnic can accomodate up to 80 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 65 guests for a seated dinner. The downstairs lounge can accomodate semi-private reservations of up to 40 guests, seated dinners for groups of up to 50, and fully private cocktail receptions for groups of up to 80 guests.

Main Dining Room Twenty Three Grand’s greenhouse-like dining room is an architectural marvel. Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel. The space features a glass ceiling, exposed brick walls, a picture window looking into the kitchen, and open airflow. It can be booked for up to 24 guests seated.

Opened in October of 2018, Recreation is the latest installment from restauranteur and nightlife operator Jon Neidich of Golden Age Hospitality. Located upstairs at Moxy NYC Downtown Hotel in the Financial District, Recreation is a 5000 sq. ft. communal co-working space by day and a bar by night - serving as the ultimate living room for the neighborhood. The cocktail program—designed by Jim Kearns—showcases one of the most advanced tap cocktail systems in the country. The food menu at Recreation features all-day, evening, and late night dishes from Chef Akhtar Nawab of Alta Calidad. Drawing inspiration from the rec room at your neighbor's house, Recreation also features an old school Arcade Machine with games like Ms. Pacman and a half court-sized basketball court– designed to host events or just play ball. The only truly private event space in Recreation, the “Flex Space,” is a fully functioning half-basketball court with floor to ceiling windows, an authentic retro gym floors imported from a Midwestern high school, a state-of-the-art projector, foosball, and optional ping pong table. Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture.
