The main event hall is over 12,500 square feet and can easily be scaled to comfortably host sit down events with over 700 guests. Complimenting the large main space are two additional furnished suites – each one over 1,100 square feet. Astoria has 18-foot ceilings, spacious catering and prep areas (to accommodate large plated dinners), ample and convenient parking, and state of the art Audio and Video systems already installed throughout the venue. Our lobby is located within the historic building at 4500 Westgrove Drive. We can host a wide variety of events from charity functions, weddings, company parties, photoshoots, vehicle grand reveals, small concerts, expos and more! Let your imagination run wild as this space is a blank canvas, so you can decorate and make it fit any theme or occasion. There is a huge hangar door what can be opened as much or as little as you prefer. Also, we have heaters in the hangar for cooler days. 6,500-sq foot studio space located in the heart of the Dallas Design District with a lush garden oasis. The large open plan studio layout provides plenty of options to design a perfect environment for your event. The space has a Poggenpohl kitchen at the front of the studio and an industrial kitchen at the back of the studio designed for food prep. Additional rooms for hair and makeup and a loading dock are available. The space is available for holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, dinner parties, photo shoots, experiential events and book launches. Outside vendors are welcome. Built over a 55-year period beginning in 1924, the four buildings that make up Lone Star Gas Lofts are situated on a full city block bounded by Harwood, Wood, St. Paul and Jackson Streets in downtown Dallas. Two of the structures, the Lone Star Gas Co. and Dallas Gas Company buildings, are historic landmarks and fine examples of Lang and Witchell architecture with beautiful Art Deco details and are Dallas’ latest historic landmarks to be revived by Hamilton Properties in partnership with Central Dallas CDC.The Lone star Gas Co. Building is a thirteen story Art Deco structure with rich street entrances bearing ornate light fixtures. The elaborately appointed lobby once served as the bill payment area, back in the age when paying your bill meant taking a trip downtown, and still has soaring columns with ornamental check stands, a high beamed ceiling in brilliant colors and relief sculptures carved into the stone walls. This part of the historic building is now home to The Carlisle Room. Opulent is the best way to describe this newly renovated downtown venue. Twenty foot ceilings, terrazzo floors and marble pillars are just a few of the highlights of this historic 1930's Art Deco design. A 2000 square foot studio/loft space built in 1897. It is the oldest standing building on the square and once was a meeting spot for the Oddfellows. Our original wood floors and brick walls give a charm to this space that cannot be matched. With the added furniture and decor, it feels like stepping into a giant hug. We are a wellness co-op and event space so our studio is really the best for any event. From a yoga class/workshop to business meeting/luncheon to small wedding/shower event. It's flexible and functional for all. Onsite/attached bathroom for guests stocked with soaps, lotions, paper towels and toilet paper. We are located on the second floor of the building and given its age there is only a stairway entry. Please consider this when booking!
