Pasadena Yacht & Country Club is a private waterfront club set on nearly 300 acres along Boca Ciega Bay in southern Pinellas County, Florida, near St. Petersburg, Treasure Island, and St. Pete Beach. The property's subtropical landscaping and bay views give the grounds a distinctive Florida character, and the club has been hosting notable guests since the 1920s — Walter Hagen served as its first club professional, and the championship golf course has since drawn Arnold Palmer, who led a renovation in the 1980s, as well as PGA and LPGA events over the decades. The club makes its facilities available on a limited basis for weddings, special parties, galas, and fundraisers, with waterfront ceremony and reception settings on the property. Amenities include the 18-hole championship golf course, a full marina and yachting facilities, a pool, a health and wellness center, and multiple dining venues overlooking the water. Current ownership, which acquired the club in 2016, has been carrying out extensive renovations across the property.

Relax with your groomsmen in the game room, which features a billiard table, two televisions measuring 58 inches each, a sitting and bar area, and an outdoor putting green. Prepare for the day in the spacious dressing room that is attached and features a private bathroom. Our breathtaking outdoor ceremony location is tucked away beneath an oak tree that is well over a hundred years old. This tree provides a canopy of shade for your guests and a picture-perfect setting for your photographs. As you make your grand entrance through the vintage double doors onto the paved ceremony site, which features a platform so that all of your guests will have a wonderful view of you tying the knot, the ceremony site will be ready for you to begin. There is room for up to 150 guests in the area designated for the ceremony, and white garden chairs are provided. A nearby pergola is available for use for serving drinks prior to the ceremony as well as for hosting live music during the event. Guests have the option of partaking in outdoor activities such as drinking a beverage or playing a game while the bride and groom are off taking photographs at one of the many picturesque locations located on the premises. The cocktail area is covered and features a total of six high-top tables in addition to expansive paved areas that are surrounded by trees. In addition, guests are welcome to explore the grounds and take their own one-of-a-kind photographs. We have over two dozen cows, incredible landscaping, an original schoolhouse built in the 1900s, and a blueberry farm coming in 2022.

The Bakehouse Art Complex is a multi-disciplinary arts complex. Bakehouse envisions a world in which artists are supported and valued, and in which their ability to shape, reflect, and transform our world is recognized. This non-profit organization's mission is to address the critical shortage of affordable live-work and work spaces for artists in Miami's urban core. Bakehouse Art Complex, located in a former industrial Art Deco-era bakery, was founded in 1985 by and for artists to provide studio residencies, infrastructure, and community to enable the highest level of artistic creativity, development, and collaboration for the most promising talent. In total, there are approximately 100 resident and associate artists working at the Bakehouse, who come from a wide range of different backgrounds. There is a wide variety of media and practices represented in their work, ranging from painting to performance, from the traditional to the experimental. It is one of the oldest artist-serving organizations in Miami, with studios of various sizes, two galleries, a classroom, print room, photography lab, ceramics facilities, and woodworking and welding areas among other amenities. These spaces, which are otherwise unavailable to artists outside of university campuses, have enabled and continue to enable artists to work, create, discover, learn, and share their practices and work with one another and the broader community, as well as with other artists. In its current stage of development, Bakehouse is aiming to play a more critical role in the collective efforts to create a strong and sustainable ecosystem in Miami that will allow artists and the arts to thrive in their respective fields. In order to better serve the needs of Miami's cultural community, the university is currently developing a master plan to determine the highest and best use for its impressive 2.3-acre campus.

The Nyami Nyami River Lodge at Brevard Zoo is a 3,000-square-foot indoor event venue set over a natural Florida waterway on the grounds of the Melbourne zoo.
