Built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. The Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building facade remains untouched from the 1890s. This raw and versatile landmark was recently restored with close attention paid to the details of the past and is now prime for your future event. Based on local occupancy permits the space can hold expos, art exhibits, weddings, and more.

Start with Spritzers and bubbles at the bar, then share a curated selection of buzetti (open face mini-calzones) delicious salads, signature pastas and pizza for a great family style meal. Pizza Making Party: We’ve got a new kind of party that’s as hands-on as it is fun. Guests get glasses of Italian bubbly and their own dough-and then the party really heats up. The building includes a first floor gallery, second floor vintage loft, and roof deck. The building can host up to 74 guests. The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with its vintage furniture and classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with 15-ft ceilings and custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photo shoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height. Our flexible space can host your conference, launch party, holding, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life.

At the top of the Beekman Tower, Ophelia is a charming, elegant cocktail lounge. Enjoy a 360° patio in a greenhouse with stunning Manhattan panoramas. A unique design. A Five Star Menu. 365 days a year. It was originally used as a hotel and women's-only club by the national Greek-letter sororities. The Beekman Tower was the new name given to it, and it was made public in 1934. This revered landmark of traditional New York architecture, created by John Mead Howells and showcasing sculptures by Rene Paul Chambellan, is topped by Ophelia.
