TUCCI is a labor of love that honors the Tucci family's legacy, serving refined modern Italian cuisine and family recipes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant features the distinctive Tucci touch across two levels of dining. The main floor boasts intimate handcrafted banquets, velvet drapes and floor-to-ceiling windows, making the perfect atmosphere for a sublime evening. The lower level dining and cocktail lounge has brick and stone arches dating back to the 1800s, as well as a massive, exquisite handmade bar to complement specially curated cocktails and private dining areas that resemble Tuscan wine cellars. Terminal 5 is a swank multilevel event venue offering a distinct room environment with its 40-foot ceilings and high-tech sound and lighting. The Claudette restaurant is named after Claudette Sammut, the 91 year-old mother of Guy Sammut, who with his wife Reine own two beautiful restaurants and a small hotel in Loumarin. Carlos stumbled upon the property on a sunny October afternoon and was so inspired by the beautiful setting, Reine’s food, Guy’s incredible warmth, and the Sammut family’s story, that he asked Guy – before dessert was even served – if they could name the restaurant after his mother. Luckily, he said yes. Claudette is available for private dining & large-party events such as cocktail receptions, dinners, wedding receptions and more.

Founded in 2012 by Carlos Suarez, the owner of Bobo, Claudette, and Rosemary's Pizza, Rosemary's is named after Suarez's mother and is inspired by her home in Lucca, Tuscany. The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . The sophisticated ceiling spotlights can transform this room from a well-lit meeting space to a stunning dramatic setting for dinner. Peterson Hall is connected to the House by a marble hallway.
