Benbrook Stables is one of North Texas' best horse boarding facilities. We exclusively provide high-quality grains and hays to our animals. Whole oats, barley, corn, and oil make up our grain. It has a protein content of 9%, a fat content of 6%, and a fiber content of 6%. There are no by-products or processed by-products in this product. Our hay comes from irrigated farms in Texas and is of the highest quality. Individual stalls with shavings, various secure meadows for daily turnout, a 110 x 330 lighting arena, a smaller lighted riding arena, two round pens, and over 30 miles of gorgeous trails surround Lake Benbrook are just a few of our amenities. The US Army Corps of Engineers maintains the riding trails, which are recognized as horse trails. On the paths, no motorized vehicles are permitted. The exclusive and secluded estate venue, which has been family-owned since 2007, is located 75 miles east of Dallas in Emory, TX. Our northeast Texas location spans over 800 acres and is divided into six unique parcels. A total of 65 acres are available for events ranging from small gatherings to huge gatherings. The Aurora at Scarbrough Haven event venue, an open-air chapel, a beautiful greenhouse, an art-filled tea room, wooded walking trails, and lakefront access to Lake Fork – one of the best bass fishing lakes in the United States – are just a few of the highlights. THE AURORA AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This modern construction is based on an 1853 hand-hewn oak barn frame and features hand-crafted embellishments like shou sugi ban cladding and hand-bleached pecan floors. THE TEA ROOM AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN For afternoon teas, wedding, bridal, or baby showers, reunions, rehearsal dinners, or offsite work functions, this meeting area easily seats 50 people. The Scarbroughs have acquired art and souvenirs from all over the world to decorate the area. A spacious patio is perfect for outside seating, and the lawn in front of the house is perfect for tables and chairs, lawn games, or large group meetings. THE GREENHOUSE AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This functional greenhouse was constructed in 2013 using reused materials from our property's demolished barns and buildings. Each side offers a unique perspective and will seat 80 people in a theater-style setting. THE CHAPEL AT SCARBROUGH HAVEN This floating chapel, which has no walls or a roof, is encircled by towering trees and a growing field of snowdrops, and is perfect for romantic forested outdoor celebrations. The chapel has a paved floor and can accommodate up to 80 people in a theater-style setting. The Historic Polegreen Church outside of Richmond, Virginia, which “commemorates the battle for civil and religious freedom in Colonial Virginia,” was the inspiration for this structure.

Castle Event Center brings an old-world castle setting to Lubbock, Texas, hosting weddings, receptions, graduations, birthday parties, and other celebrations. The Oak Atelier is a one stop shop for professional photography, private event space, and woodworking. We have over 2500 square feet of interior space and 5 acres of open and wooded outdoor space just outside of The Woodlands, Texas. There are four different spaces available for rent, each with its own set of characteristics that make this location genuinely unique. The majority of the furniture is manufactured in our woodworking shop (special orders are welcome!). We have enough of parking and paved access for you to dump your belongings. There is also a gray plastered pool for underwater photography, as well as a lovely white brick facade, making this place ideal for any shot or event! When I was trying to come up with ideas for this space, a few things came to mind. I enjoy both a clean, modern style and the flavor and detailed design of old world Europe. HISTORY OF THE VENUE The Brake & Clutch building was constructed in the 1930s and served as the home of Brake & Clutch Service Co. for many years before closing in the 1980s. It stood empty for years, waiting to be converted into the space it is now! The venue, which launched in 2017, is run by a mother and two children who designed it expressly for special gatherings. Spinelli's Vistro is an all-inclusive wedding estate set in the Texas Hill Country town of Comfort, within easy reach of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. The property is anchored by a historic, 100-year-old limestone chapel that served as a United Methodist church until 2001; its bell tower rises more than 25 feet above the entrance, and majestic oak trees shade the surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies. Beyond the chapel, the estate offers a vaulted dining hall that seats up to 250 guests, a dance hall with a built-in stage, and both indoor and outdoor bars, all set among manicured gardens and covered patios. Two on-site houses -- a century-old country lodge and a private bridal suite -- give couples and their guests a place to stay before and after the celebration. Catering is led in-house by owner and executive chef Dennis Spinelli, whose company has served the Central Texas region for more than 30 years. Rentals include 12 hours of event time, with tables, chairs, and setup included for events of up to 250 guests.
