An award-winning venue, Avant Gardner is the crown jewel of New York City entertainment. Today, the 80,000 square foot venue complex continues to occupy an entire city block of industrial East Williamsburg, containing a compound of stages and full-service event spaces. The venue’s centerpiece is the outdoor Brooklyn Mirage (5,000 cap) which also features a 360° wrap-around high wall offering panoramic views of Manhattan. Brooklyn Mirage is centered between permanent indoor warehouse spaces, Great Hall (3,400 cap) and Kings Hall (800 cap). The hotel's Brutalist front blends smoothly with interiors inspired by European modernists' raw artist studio spaces, thanks to longstanding Ace partners Roman and Williams.
