Thompson Square Studios is an Elevated Private Members Club located in the heart of fashionable Soho, New York, that is ideal for both work and play. A full-floor penthouse featuring a collection of boutique private studio spaces, open kitchens, F&B, screening and conference rooms, among other amenities. Thompson Square Studios' team of Membership Managers and Assistants treat each member as if they were a family member. In keeping with our legacy of bespoke design and taste, Thompson Square Studios curate exquisite experiences that appeal to the refined palates of our clientele. Located in Thompson Square Studios, a 2,000 square-foot event space with seating for up to 125 people. SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. WhiteBox is a non-profit contemporary art space in Manhattan, founded in 1998 as an alternative gallery in the then-nascent Chelsea neighborhood. Over more than two decades it has relocated across the city — to the Lower East Side, East Harlem, and most recently to Alphabet City in the East Village — sustaining 27 years of uninterrupted programming along the way. The space describes itself as a radically inclusive institution with a mission to remain freely accessible to everyone, prioritizing underserved communities through exhibitions, educational programs, and participatory projects. Its calendar spans contemporary art exhibitions, performances, artist conversations, and workshops, alongside recurring initiatives such as the FireHouse Lit Lounge, a cultural-literary-performance salon. What exactly is TUFFET? To put it another way, it's a cheese/meat/bar establishment. It consists of over a dozen handmade cheeses as well as eight prepared and cured meats and sausages. The Bronx Museum of the Arts is a contemporary art museum founded in 1971 by Bronx community advocates, situated on the Grand Concourse in the South Bronx. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like.
