Nestled in the world-class wine region of Sonoma County, D’Argenzio Winery is a boutique winery unlike any other. What began humbly, as a hobby for two identical twin brothers, is now a full production winery looking to continue the tradition of the family’s artisan heritage. Owned and operated by three generations of Italian Americans working together to showcase the finest artisan wines, Santa Rosa’s urban boutique winery specializes in offering a selection of wines from Sonoma County’s most prestigious appellations as well as a unique collection of Italian Varietals. Each wine produced is a small lot, with less than 300 cases of each produced. While we take advantage of some modern technologies available to today’s winemakers, we do so cautiously. We much prefer the Old World methods, such as gently pressing our grapes, aging our wine an average of 22 months, and using only the finest French, American, and Italian oak barrels. loftSEVEN is a one-of-a-kind filming location in the heart of historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for hire. A total of 16,000 square feet is spread across two stories. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

The Association is a 2,700-square-foot craft cocktail bar and private event venue located at 110 East 6th Street in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Anchored by a 60-foot bar and outfitted with leather banquettes, a custom sound system, and warm, moody lighting, the space draws on an intimate, unpretentious atmosphere that suits everything from milestone birthday celebrations to corporate gatherings. The venue accommodates 175 or more guests across private and semi-private configurations, with leather banquette sections that seat 10–30 per section. A fully equipped DJ booth and house sound system are on-site, and valet parking is available. Outside catering is permitted with prior coordination. The Association is available for private and semi-private bookings any day of the week and is part of the CIRCA93 collective of bars in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Continental Club is a subterranean entertainment destination tucked beneath the historic Hellman Building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Accessed through a private entrance on West 4th Street, the venue spans 6,000 square feet of serviceable space and draws on the atmosphere of a classic supper club — dark leather banquettes, mirrored surfaces, warm red lighting, disco balls, and walls lined with framed photographs. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests across its full 6,000-square-foot footprint, or up to 150 guests in the 3,000-square-foot half-venue configuration. A central bar anchors the main room, with seating areas arranged around a dedicated dance floor. A coat check and scullery round out the facility. The Continental Club is available for private and corporate buyouts, including branded activations, holiday parties, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners. Events are coordinated through CIRCA93, the Los Angeles-based collective that operates the venue.

Acquired by Brookfield Properties in 2018, CMC is in the midst of an exciting $170-million redevelopment. As of January 2020, fashion showrooms and events have a new home in the CMC’s newly renovated Building C while Buildings A & B close to the public for renovation, relaunching in 2021 as a revitalized, mixed-use campus. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. In addition, we have a huge outdoor area and a rooftop space (can also be closed). The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. We are happy to accommodate filming and photography shoots, in addition to providing a full-service event department for pop-up shops, weddings, mitzvahs, religious ceremonies, birthday parties, and corporate as well as entertainment events of any size.
