Born during chaos at the start of the roaring 20s, The Rest Room is an exclusive destination for New Yorkers seeking the ultimate underground experience. Isolate yourself inside our cozy pods, get some virtual work done inside our cabins, freshen up in our pristine bathrooms, or simply indulge in our high speed wifi and charging stations. Whether you need to take a last minute call or missed the last train, our doors are open. It's a one of a kind space that blends the past and the future, a space to remind the city that never sleeps to never stop dreaming.

Al Coro is a restaurant designed for special occasions. The main dining room can accommodate parties of up to ten people. Each night there is live music. Larger events can be accommodated in a number of private rooms. The menu has meals that take some artistic license in addition to regional Italian cookery. A array of little morsels called aperitivi is served before the main course, antipasti, two pasta courses, and desserts. A condensed 5-course menu is available for $195 per person or the full 7-course menu costs $245. The menu is updated every six weeks, and while we don't post the entire list, you can get a sneak peek at some of the dishes on our Instagram at @alcoro.nyc if you can't stand the anticipation! Our main dining area has a private room that can accommodate up to 12 people on the mezzanine. For exclusive gatherings, underground private dining rooms may accommodate 180 people. Up to 200 people can be seated in the main dining room comfortably, and up to 1000 people can attend standing celebrations.

Located in the heart of Manhattan. LOFT 29 is a short walk to the High Line, a block away from Penn Station, and resides adjacent to Chelsea and Hudson Yards. The walls / surfaces have various textures such as industrial concrete, a bronze, gold brushed wall, and hand-restored over 100 years old vintage doors. We also offer our designer and custom-made furniture on-site or the space can be completely empty, it’s all based on your ideas and project LOFT 29 has been a staple venue spot for high-end clientele such as Versace, Elle Magazine, CBS, H&M, TJ Maxx, and many more.

Welcome to Above Twelve, Marcia Selden Catering & Events exclusive event space in New York City. Located in the heart of the fashion district, Above Twelve is a modern, light-filled, airy space available for rent that can fit 200 guests for a cocktail party or 75 guests for a seated dinner. For 40 years, Marcia Selden Catering & Events has been known for extraordinary food, creativity and highly polished professional service. Marcia Selden Catering is a member of the Leading Caterers of America, was named the ICA (International Caterers Association) Caterer AND Chef of the Year, listed in The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame, and in December of 2015 they were the first caterer ever to be named to the Connecticut Restaurant Association’s Hall of Fame. Above Twelve's amenities include a convenient freight elevator, a private entrance, two restrooms and a beautiful terrace. The compact restaurant room that was previously John Dory is now a pizzeria: Mel's, the first restaurant of a new culinary complex here, squeezed snuggly to one side of the former Del Posto. Melissa J. Rodriguez, a former Del Posto and Daniel chef, is teaming up with Jeff Katz and James Kent of Crown Shy and Saga to create this enormous location. While its finely calibrated lighting will keep it "glowy and sensual," it will also be the kind of restaurant you can pop into just because you're hungry and it's Tuesday. Mel's is warmly decorated with orange tones and polished light wood, with a bar and dining counter that open into a back dining area and a massive wood-fired pizza oven in the center. Ms. Rodriguez explained, "Everything is cooked with wood. There’s no gas here." The pizzas begin with a Margherita base but quickly branch out to include mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, and sliced shallots, as well as kale, basil pesto, ricotta, and preserved lemon. Wood-fired dishes include roasted parsnips with robiola cheese, roasted maitake mushrooms with soppressata piccante, and charred shrimp, as well as major courses such as entire fish, whole roasted cauliflower, and strip steak. Dessert is not an afterthought or something to forego at this pizzeria. Consider a milk chocolate gelato with a dark chocolate sable swirl, salted caramel and fior di latte gelato with caramel sauce and shortbread crumble, or a Little Italy-inspired Italian rainbow cookie hot fudge sundae. Pizza Making Party: We’ve got a new kind of party that’s as hands-on as it is fun. Guests get glasses of Italian bubbly and their own dough-and then the party really heats up. As part of The 203 Project: A Sustainable Showhouse at the DCA, our rooms have been newly decorated by professional interior designers, fully air-conditioned and all look out into the garden. The property has a sweeping front lawn that is fabulous for family and bridal party photos, and a secret garden is perfect for the first look. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Meadowlands at the DCA is a 15,000 square foot, Regency-style estate on over eight acres of property. The facilities include a spacious Garden Wing with attached commercial kitchen, boardroom and intimate library, and rooms which look out to its formal garden. The property also includes a working Lord & Burnham greenhouse (original to the estate), and a four-acre bird sanctuary and nature trail.

Opened in 2018, the modern all-white venue acts as a flexible blank canvas that can be customized for weddings, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, anniversaries, repasts, graduations, family reunions, corporate meetings, fundraisers, religious functions, and cultural celebrations. The hall accommodates up to 120 guests and includes rectangular and round tables, Chiavari chairs, a DJ booth and event lighting, a topiary boxwood bar with refrigeration, Wi-Fi, television, central heating and air conditioning, a lower-level lounge area, additional restrooms, and wheelchair accessibility.
