The Establishment at Bradburn Village is a special events venue in Westminster that is owned and operated by local residents. It is located in the heart of the Bradburn Village neighborhood. Our sprawling venue is comprised of two ballrooms, a lounge, a boardroom, a terrace, and a foyer, among other amenities. When all of the available spaces are utilized, The Establishment at Bradburn Village can accommodate up to 520 guests and provides breakout space for large groups. An outdoor terrace surrounded by oversized evergreen trees provides the ideal backdrop for cocktail receptions and small ceremonies at our venue, which is available year-round. While the grey-hued ballrooms and halls, grand chandeliers, and whimsical sconces create an elegant and romantic atmosphere, they are also dynamic, allowing them to complement your event theme and style! The establishment is conveniently located just 20 minutes outside of Denver, Colorado. The establishment is open 24 hours a day. Located in downtown Denver, we have a beautiful 8,000 sq. ft. secure gated garden designed for community and social gatherings, dinners, parties, showers, weddings, receptions, or any celebration. This unique space holds raised beds, with a full perimeter bed, consistently growing varieties of fruiting vegetables for our restaurant customers. Venue features: The space can accommodate 90 people with seating for 45 at three 13 foot wooden farm tables. Chairs and three cocktail tables are included. Plenty of room for additional tables, cocktail area, games, etc. Power and restroom available. Tent, canopy, and heaters available for an additional fee. Strung patio lights throughout the garden. Street parking is available or introduction to valet contact can be made. There is a cost to valet. A list of preferred vendors will be provided. Client-selected vendors may be used with permission. Ant Life is a psychedelic art gallery, lounge, and event space located in the center of downtown Denver. Inspired by a solo 999 bicycle ride around the world, Jacob Lemanski felt the desire to share what he had learned expressed through the Ant Life art, starting with creating the worlds largest psychedelic ant farms. Described as beautiful, profound, and a full body-mind experience, guests enjoy a space to connect with each other and immerse themselves in the world of art. As the seasons change, the art changes with some of the pieces filled with live ants who dig tunnels, changing the landscape as they go. We are happy to host graduations, parties, corporate events, markets, weddings, workshops, breathworks, and more. Ant Life opened in June 2022. Clock Tower Events is under new management & located in the heart of downtown Denver! Prior to 1950, the Daniels & Fisher Department store was the ‘crown jewel’ of the Denver skyline. Built in 1911, the D&F Tower was the tallest structure west of the Mississippi, at a height of 393 feet. In the 1960’s after financial ruin the building was set to be demolished. In the early 1970’s, Denver was able to save the actual clock tower from being destroyed. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it lights up the Denver skyline and remains a defining building for downtown. Now, the top (5) floors of this beloved structure are available for smaller, private events through Clock Tower Events.
