The Gordon-Lee Mansion is a historic antebellum estate situated on seven acres at 217 Cove Road in Chickamauga, Georgia. Construction began in 1840 under James Gordon and was completed in 1847, with bricks made on the property grounds. The mansion later passed to the Gordon family's descendants, and the property eventually came under the stewardship of the City of Chickamauga. The estate holds a singular place in Civil War history as the only structure left standing that was used by both Union and Confederate forces during the Battle of Chickamauga in September 1863. Union General William Rosecrans established his headquarters in the mansion's parlor before the battle, and the grounds served as a field hospital for both armies during the conflict. The property also hosted the 1889 Blue-Gray Barbeque, attended by 14,000 Civil War veterans, which led directly to the creation of the Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military Park. Today the mansion is available for weddings, receptions, luncheons, and private events. The grounds accommodate outdoor ceremonies on the front porch, in the courtyard, or at the Formal Garden's Gazebo, with the mansion's interior available for smaller gatherings. A banquet tent and dressing rooms for the wedding party are also available on site.

The Annette Howell Turner Center for the Arts occupies a renovated historic bank building at 527 N. Patterson Street in downtown Valdosta, Georgia. Completed in 2003 following a community campaign and a naming gift from former Georgia Senator Loyce Turner, the center traces its roots to a local arts organization that dates to the early 1920s. The facility spans 17,000 square feet across seven light-filled art galleries, making it well suited for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, private recitals, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit events. Sandy Creek Barn is a 6,750-square-foot restored wood-beam barn situated within Reynolds Lake Oconee, a 812-acre community in Greensboro, Georgia. The original structure was built between 1820 and 1840 by Gideon Widemire, a Quaker farmer and lumberman from Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, using large Eastern hemlock timbers hewn in the English style. Nearly two centuries later, the barn was relocated and reassembled on the property, where it now overlooks a 44-acre stocked lake and a two-story boathouse. The barn's architecture anchors its appeal as an event space: a gabled roof, exposed hardwood beams, rugged stone accents, and a covered terrace with a stone fireplace and a lakeside firepit. Inside, the venue is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, an antique saloon bar, and an outdoor grill and event porch. The William Root House is a historic wedding location in downtown Marietta, Georgia. The house was erected in 1845 by Hannah and William Root, who were among the first to establish Marietta. Today, the property serves as a museum and a private event venue, complete with magnificent grounds. The mansion and grounds have been meticulously restored, making it suitable for rustic wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, and other events. The town square is located next to the Marietta Square Market and can be accessed on foot in five minutes. Atlanta and Hartsfield-Atlanta International Airport are also around a 30-minute drive away.
