Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

This massive industrial bi-level warehouse offers nearly 15,500 sq ft of interior space, 4,000 square feet of outdoor space, and can flex to suit event needs from photo and film shoots to corporate workshops and conventions. The first floor boasts 16 ft tall ceilings and a fully operational bar. Stairs lead to an equally spacious office on the second floor with drop ceilings and cubicle buildouts. The space is operated by Queer Nightlife Community Center.

Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse the venue has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors, and open window skylights. The Greenpoint Loft facility includes the main loft space (5000 s.f.), mezzanine level (1000 s.f.) and a rooftop that boasts a magnificent view of the Manhattan skyline overlooking the East River. Built in the 1890’s, this Brooklyn landmark played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope factory producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, it was also the birthplace of the famous wartime ship, the USS Monitor. The Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse boasts the original brick and wood of the era and the building facade remains untouched from the 1890s. This raw and versatile landmark was recently restored with close attention paid to the details of the past and is now prime for your future event. Based on local occupancy permits the space can hold expos, art exhibits, weddings, and more.
