The Jazz Gallery offers a unique space for private events, recordings, rehearsals, business meetings, photo/film shoots, concerts, conferences, seminars, classes, weddings, receptions, celebrations, and functions of all kinds looking to distinguish themselves from the usual offerings. The performance space (1160 Broadway, entrance on Broadway) houses the stage and all performance amenities, a small office, and rest room area. The lounge (1158 Broadway, entrance on 27th street) includes an open lounge area, a large green room/office space, a bar, a refrigerator, and two restrooms (one being ADA-compliant). The Jazz Gallery is located in New York’s historic & bustling NoMad neighborhood; the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park to our south, and the Empire State Building is a few blocks to the north. Nestled in between these two iconic buildings are old merchant stores, exclusive boutiques, and many restaurants and hotels. The Jazz Gallery is located at 1158 & 1160 Broadway, 5th floor. It can be reached by the N and R trains to 28th Street and is also a short walk from the 6 and the 1 at 28th Street and numerous other trains.

TwoFortyThirty is a vintage 1894 firehouse in the heart of Chelsea/Hudson Yards that has been transformed into an upscale, intimate event space. Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate private event experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the cafe up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. For groups of 12 or more, The Lab can be yours either privately or shared. For parties of 40 or under, The Lab can be yours privately. For parties of 40+ we offer all of Patent Pending and The Lab. For parties of 100+ we offer Patent Pending, The Lab, seeyamañana and seeyabajo combined for a lively event. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. White Space Chelsea is a versatile and dynamic event venue in the heart of Chelsea, New York’s premier gallery district. Spreading over a luminous surface of 4,000 sq feet, the space is located at street level, nestled between Petzel Gallery and Pace Gallery on 25th Street. The venue caters to a wide range of needs and is perfect for pop-up exhibitions, fashion events, private parties, corporate gatherings, brand launches, and more. It boasts generous street-level windows, an ample front area with a reception desk followed by a mezzanine and a brightly-sunlit skylight room. Our modern gallery venue can host up to 250 people with 13’ - 16’ high ceilings, concrete floors, glass frontage, and a variety of professional AV options. The venue also features a refrigerator and kitchenette, customizable lighting, and other state-of-the-art equipment. As a native New Yorker (with deep family connections to Chicago) Homer Murray grew up with a passion for food and strong genetic desire to have a good time. After years of experience as the Sous Chef at local favorite Roebling Tea Room and becoming Chef/Partner at River Styx in Brooklyn, he opened his own place 21 Greenpoint in 2016. Located right next to the Transmitter Park waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn - ‘21’ quickly became a neighborhood favorite. Homer’s focus has always been on creating flavorful, seasonal, unpretentious fare. This ethos and effort has placed 21 Greenpoint and Murray as a Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winner consistently since 2018. 21 Greenpoint is a New York City Bistro in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. We offer partial buyouts for up to 45 seated guests indoors and up to 20 guests outdoors on our patio. A full buyout is always an option for more than 50 guests.

Original wooden floors preserve the story of the building’s past: once a shirt factory in the late 1800s, later the home of Caroline Kennedy, and eventually the headquarters of a comic book company famous for selling a first-edition Batman comic for $1 million.
