The menu blends Graeme's Louisiana-influenced "zing" with Corrie's Southern comfort cooking, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside a fresh salad bar, fruit tea, coffee, and homemade desserts. The deli's dining room is furnished with wingback chairs, a well-loved sofa, and homestyle wooden tables, with artwork from local artists on the walls.   Set inside Pickwick Landing State Park on the shores of Pickwick Lake and the Tennessee River, the Lodge at Pickwick Landing pairs a full-service conference center with 119 guest rooms overlooking the water, making it a natural gathering point for weddings, reunions, conferences, and other group events in the Memphis, North Mississippi, and Huntsville area. The Lodge offers 6,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a 200-guest conference center, a private dining room, a boardroom, and 1,300 square feet of naturally lit pre-function space, plus an outdoor terrace connected to the conference area.   Even while RAD does not have a private dining room, we do provide the ideal backdrop for any event, from business dinners to social gatherings.
