We have worked in close collaboration with local business owners, creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, and artisans to create a space that is an authentic destination in Downtown Tacoma for both working and taking pleasure in the arts and cultural activities. The growth in occupancy of the building has allowed us to witness the realization of our vision, which has manifested itself in thriving tenants, people enjoying open-air cocktails, and wedding procession. Please come to 1102 South A street, where we hope you will enjoy the diverse community that we have created here. The Ballroom, which was originally a Federal courtroom, was completely renovated in 2015 with your event in mind. With its high ceilings, state-of-the-art LED lighting, and breathtaking views of downtown Tacoma and Mount Rainier, the elegant 2,000 square foot room is sure to impress. Please take a look at our video tour and get in touch with Jessica Johnston if you have any further questions or to schedule an appointment. Built in 1923, this cozy venue looks like an old home but was built as a “Mission Hall”. In 2012, community members and church leaders came together with a shared vision to open the space for community engagement. Major renovations began with design assistance from Nathan Marion of Lonely Buildings. Local contractors, many volunteers from the community, Abbey Arts, Seattle Works, and church groups helped with the project. In 2014 a partnership was created with Abbey Arts, a local nonprofit arts organization that presents and curates creative events at historic spaces around Seattle. After a two-year renovation process the Homestead is now host to community events, concerts (bluegrass, acoustic, folk, children), family events, workshops, classes and much more. The building maintains its old time house feel with a focus on sustainability and community interaction through arts, culture and education.

Ray's Boathouse, one of Seattle's most iconic restaurants, elevates fresh Northwest seafood by offering elegantly crafted meals with accuracy. Everything we do revolves around water... From our vantage point atop Puget Sound, to our humble origins as a bait shop and boat rental, to our direct partnerships with fishermen who supply us with the freshest locally caught fish, plump oysters, and soft crab legs, we've come a long way. Ray's is a staple of Northwest cuisine and a symbol of quality. Bring your friends, family, and out-of-town visitors to Ray's Boathouse for a memorable dining experience, whether indoors or on our seasonal Boathouse patio. Red Barn Studios occupies a 1937 former dairy barn on 25 acres of farmland in Chehalis, Washington, midway between Portland and Seattle. The barn was renovated with care to preserve its original character while adding modern amenities such as a kitchen and restrooms, and it has operated as a wedding and event venue since 2005. In the two decades since, couples from around the world have gathered within its walls to celebrate with friends and family. Owners Laurie and Jason Dix have operated Red Barn Studios for almost 20 years, working with couples from the earliest planning stages through their wedding day. The two-story barn offers 3,000 square feet of space on each floor and accommodates up to 250 guests, with seating for 150 provided as part of the rental. A separate bridal suite gives the bride a private space to prepare, complete with a parlor stove and a landscaped back area used for pre-ceremony portraits, and an outdoor field near a cottonwood tree serves as a ceremony site for couples who prefer to celebrate outdoors. Beyond weddings, the venue also hosts celebrations of life, graduation parties, corporate events, proms, anniversary parties, and bridal and baby showers, drawing on the same barn spaces that have hosted its weddings since 2005.
