Its Egyptian-motif entrance, added in 1961, features terrazzo flooring and intricate architectural craftsmanship that sets the tone for the interior spaces throughout. Two primary event spaces are available for rental. The Cobb Auditorium seats 454 guests in a theater setting equipped with professional sound, lighting, and stage capabilities — well suited to performances, ceremonies, and large-scale gatherings. Its open-plan layout connects to two outdoor terraces with panoramic ocean views, and the rental includes a professional catering kitchen, audio-visual equipment, and post-event cleaning.
