Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction.
