Malahat Spirits is a throwback to the days of Prohibition-era speakeasies. The area is authentic, complete with period items. Malahat offers unique cocktail mixes and tastings of their award-winning rums and whiskeys as part of their catering services. To manufacture the finest spirits, they search out rare ingredients, mix ancient procedures with experimentation, and handcraft everything from scratch.
