The Multicultural Arts Complex is a visual and performing arts center ideally located near I93, the MBTA Lechmere Green Line Station, the Kendall Square Red Line Station, and the Galleria Mall in East Cambridge. The structure, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, was conceived in 1814 by renowned architect Charles Bulfinch, erected in 1889, and refurbished in 1985 as a performing arts center by architect Graham Gund. Our theater can accommodate 150 people for a seated meal with room for a small dance floor area, or 200 people for a standing reception, depending on your needs and general set-up. Our Gallery has seating for 40-50 people. Only our venue is included in our rental packages. Please visit Additional Rental Items for chair and table rentals. We do not provide linens, dishware, cocktail tables, decorations, or flowers, thus these items must be arranged through an outside vendor. We promote diversity through the events we provide in the visual and performing arts. We make our space available to artists and groups who might not otherwise have access to a professionally equipped and accessible facility or the cultural mainstream because we are a multi-use art center.     At the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation, you may create a unique and thrilling ambiance for your special occasion. Many of Greater Boston's most memorable special event experiences take place against the backdrop of our historic 19th-century textile mill, which overlooks the lovely Charles River. Weddings, birthday parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and other special public and corporate events are all common occurrences at our venue. At no additional cost, the Museum can close to the public at 3:00pm on the day of an evening event. With (1) approval from the Museum and (2) a $150 per hour cost, earlier setup/load-in times are available. Ceremony rehearsals can be requested and are available at the Museum's discretion for a fee of $200 for up to 2 hours. We also have a package for you if you're seeking a unique space to organize a lecture, conference, or meeting.     Concord Art — formally the Concord Center for the Visual Arts — occupies the historic John Ball House (circa 1752) at 37 Lexington Road in Concord, Massachusetts. Founded in 1917 by American Impressionist Elizabeth Wentworth Roberts, it is among the oldest continuously operating art organizations in the country, with a permanent collection rooted in early 20th-century work and four rotating galleries that remain free and open to the public. The building's rooms lend themselves naturally to private events. The Roberts Gallery on the second floor spans 30 by 40 feet under a turn-of-the-century skylight, with hardwood floors, built-in speakers, a screen and presentation system, and lift access. The two first-floor galleries — French and EWR — each measure 21 by 20 feet and feature original paneling and working fireplaces, suited for cocktail receptions and stationary bars. Together the galleries accommodate up to 100 guests for receptions, 80 for a buffet, and 65 for a seated dinner.

    Fuller Craft Museum describes itself as New England's home for contemporary craft, located at 455 Oak Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. The museum sits on 22 acres of woodland on the shores of Upper Porters Pond, and its event spaces look out over the water and an adjacent patio. Three spaces are available for private rental: the Museum Greatroom, the Museum Lounge, and Studio A. The Greatroom — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 135 seated or 175 standing guests beneath high ceilings with exposed wood beams. The Museum Lounge seats up to 35 at tables or about 50 for informal gatherings, with windows that frame views of the pond. Studio A provides a more intimate setting for groups of up to 20 seated. All rentals include tables, chairs, a dedicated staff member, and museum admission for guests. The museum is well suited to business meetings, cocktail parties, graduations, anniversaries, and organizational events, with rentals available Tuesday through Sunday during regular museum hours.
