The food at Nari, a modern Thai restaurant, is inspired by the cuisine of Thailand's past yet prepared with an eye toward the present. The term "woman" in Thai has its origins in Sanskrit, which is where our name, "Nari," comes from. A personal love letter to the women in her life who taught her how to cook and, more importantly, how to eat, Nari is our chef and owner Pim's tribute to generations of Thai women who laid the foundation for Thai cuisine. Nari was inspired by the women in her life who taught her how to cook and, more importantly, how to eat. In the intimate setting of our Suda private dining room, we can accommodate up to 24 people. When combined with the adjoining lounge, this room may seat as many as forty people. A party of up to twelve people can also be seated in the semi-private Wine room, which is located in a separate area from the main dining room and features a window that provides a view of the activities taking place in the kitchen. Noosh is an elite restaurant in the greater San Francisco, California area for couples planning their wedding. At this sought-after venue location, old-world traditions collide with current California trends. A cobalt blue and white color scheme creates a seaside but adaptable mood. Couples will locate this location in San Francisco's Western Addition area, close to The Fillmore and Alta Plaza Park. Facilities and Capacity At this trendy restaurant, couples can invite up to 150 guests to their wedding. The room can only accommodate 150 guests for a standing event; however, depending on seating configurations, Noosh can fit 32 to 67 persons for a seated supper. The restaurant has wide windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the trendy fixtures in the room keep the celebration going well into the evening. The venue is predominantly white and blue, with splashes of color on the walls, bar, and some of the glassware. Despite its metropolitan setting, the venue's foliage provides a sense of natural beauty to couples. With ample space on the mezzanine and bar, the bright modern area may be decorated to a couple's desire for their wedding day. Services Offered Couples' ceremonies and receptions, elopements, bridal showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners are all possible at this location. The team provides culinary and bar services for weddings and wedding-related events as a restaurant. Noosh also offers an event planner, set-up and clean-up support, and liability insurance. Guests will appreciate the venue's free WiFi, which will keep them connected on the big day. Tables and chairs, other furniture, barware, flatware, glasses, and china are all available event items for a couple's wedding. Cuisine Couples and their guests will find this restaurant to be well-equipped for formal dining and bar needs. Throughout the night, extensive bar service keeps everyone's beverages filled. For their wedding, couples can choose between an open, limited, or cash bar. Bartenders will even fill champagne glasses for a toast. This location provides all varieties of beer, liquor, and wine, thus no outside alcohol is required. Couples are welcome to come to Noosh for tastings and to bring their own cake for their wedding.

Our facility can accommodate a wide range of private events such as weddings, business events, birthday and bridal showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, conferences, and more. To avoid having to wash dishes at night for her large family or having to eat hamburger helper (her brother's favorite dish to cook), Linda traded dish duties with her siblings for cooking duties, and developed an intense passion for planning menus, creating recipes, and putting on dinners and events for her family of 15 children. Linda is the mother of 15 children. In her adolescence, she could frequently be found in bookshops reading cookbooks, and she had a cherished memory of reading "The French Laundry Cookbook" for the first time from cover to cover when it was originally published. She made the decision to attend a cooking school shortly after, having no idea that it would turn out to be a career choice. Having been born and reared in Argentina to an American father and a French mother, she comes from a diverse background of cultures and experiences, which contributes to the diverse range of flavors she enjoys putting into her dishes. She moved to the Bay Area when she was 17 years old in order to attend culinary school in San Francisco. After stays in New York and Kansas City, she returned to the Bay Area and began performing at some of the city's most prestigious restaurants, including Masa's, Campton Place, The French Laundry, and Michael Mina's, among others.
