The Chicago Architecture Center (CAC) offers the city’s hottest new rental spaces for your next meeting, cocktail hour or special event. Centrally located at 111 E. Built in 1908 by the famed architect, Howard Van Doren Shaw, Glen Rowan House features elegant spaces for any occasion. The main floor of the house can accommodate as few as 10 for an intimate dinner and up to 120 for a cocktail reception. This is a modular space that can be transformed to suit any special event from weddings, anniversaries, birthday's, or corporate events. If you don't need that much space, we offer our large foyer as a separate space for intimate events & meetings. TSR has 11 bathroom stalls, including ADA and a family room designed for women with children. The bathrooms have plenty of lighting, large bowl sinks and waterfall faucets. This space has everything you need from 72 inch round tables, 8 ft rectangular tables, standard black chair or clear chiavari seating. We have five 80 inch tv's for your viewing pleasure, a 12x12 dance floor, pipe and drape backdrops and more.
