The Denver Museum of Nature & Science (DMNS) occupies a landmark position in City Park in Denver, Colorado, offering one of the region's most distinctive settings for private events. The Denver Mart is the Rocky Mountain region's premier wholesale market center and trade show facility, located at I-25 and 58th Avenue in Denver — 10 minutes north of downtown and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Established in 1965, the mart has grown into the largest exhibition, conference, and meeting complex in the region. The facility comprises five interconnected buildings offering more than 275,000 square feet of meeting, banquet, and exhibition space on a single floor. Each primary building features its own loading dock, parking lot, main entrance, and built-in registration counter, giving event producers flexibility to use individual spaces or combine buildings to scale. The complex can accommodate gatherings from as few as ten guests to full-scale events hosting thousands. Denver Mart hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, from international and national trade shows to consumer shows, conferences, and private events. Georgia Amar's Habitat Gallery & Studio is a fine art gallery and working studio located at 828 Santa Fe Drive in Denver's Art District on Santa Fe, eight blocks from the Colorado Convention Center. Established in 2003, the three-story building features an exposed brick and slate facade with rotating exhibitions of original oil paintings, stained glass, and hand-pulled screen prints by resident artist Georgia Amar and a curated roster of local and national gallery artists. The gallery's event rental space accommodates up to 34 guests for seated dinners and up to 80 for cocktail receptions and buffet-style gatherings. The space features a semi-commercial kitchen with marble countertops, a large stainless steel sink, and a granite table, alongside a second-floor outdoor patio deck. The gallery's artistic setting — with romantic lighting, original artwork on the walls, and distinctive architectural character — makes it a distinctive backdrop for business meetings, board gatherings, cocktail receptions, and private social occasions.

The Richards-Hart Estate is a historic Victorian mansion set on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Built in 1877 and extensively remodeled by Leadville merchant Patrick Hart beginning in 1926, the estate was purchased by the City of Wheat Ridge in 1976 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. The mansion hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, and community gatherings. Inside, period colors, wallpapers, and rich wood trims create a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Separate dressing rooms are available for the wedding party, and a catering kitchen provides storage and serving space. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds include a ceremony arbor and fountain surrounded by manicured gardens. The estate accommodates up to 75 guests for combined indoor and outdoor events from May through September, and up to 50 guests for indoor-only events from October through April. The property is available for private rental seven days a week.

Blackbird Public House is a neighborhood gastropub at 305 S Downing Street in Denver's West Washington Park, where the surrounding community gathers for food, drinks, and private events. The 5,000-square-foot space features three separate dining areas, including an intimate Community Room that accommodates private gatherings. The restaurant serves thin-crust pizzas, fresh-shucked oysters, wings, burgers, mussels, and a rotating selection of seasonally driven, chef-created dishes. Aviator Pool and Park is a community aquatic facility operated by the Central Park Master Community Association (MCA), located at 8054 E. 28th Avenue in Denver's Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton). The facility features designated lap lanes, a diving board, and a shallow end, and hosts adult and youth aquatic programming throughout the season. Two event rental options are available for private gatherings. The Party Pad is a shaded outdoor space that accommodates up to 30 guests for 2.5-hour daytime rentals. For larger occasions, after-hours pool rentals provide exclusive access to the full facility — including lifeguard staff, an audio system, tables and chairs, and restroom facilities — for groups of 1 to 250 guests. Evening rental windows run from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and are available after Father's Day through the summer season.
