The building's centerpiece is a spacious 8,600-square-foot multi-purpose room, built to flex from farmers market mornings to full-scale receptions by evening. Every Saturday from mid-April through mid-October, the Pavilion fills up with vendors and shoppers as home to the Puyallup Farmers Market, one of the largest markets of its kind in the state. The rest of the calendar, the room hosts weddings, receptions, banquets, reunions, proms, and company parties for up to 350 seated guests, or as many as 558 for assembly-style gatherings. A kitchen stands ready for renters or their chosen caterer, and a staff member stays on site throughout every rental, keeping the day moving.

Allyn Waterfront Park is a public waterfront park in Allyn, Washington, operated by the Port of Allyn, a port district that has served the North Mason community since 1921. The park offers scenic waterfront views alongside a dock and launch ramps, a playground, and restrooms, with restaurants, shops, and other conveniences within easy reach of the grounds. At the heart of the park sits its rentable gazebo, a circular pavilion measuring 204 feet around with a dance floor at its center and a ceiling that rises to 17 feet. The structure comes furnished with 11 five-foot round tables, each with four benches, and rentals include power, access to four restrooms, and dumpster keys. Port of Allyn has anchored this stretch of Hood Canal since 1921, when residents voted to build a dock and give their small North Mason community a proper waterfront gathering place. The port district that grew from that vote now covers most of North Mason, including Allyn and Belfair, with the town of Victor joining in 1973. At the center of it all is Allyn Waterfront Park, a recreational green space that's open to the public, with views of the water free to take in any day of the week. For weddings and private events, the park's gazebo is the centerpiece: 204 feet around with a dance floor built into the middle, a 17-foot ceiling at its peak, and eleven round tables with benches inside. There's no cap on guest count, and hosts are free to choose their own caterer and entertainment. A downstairs room with a sink, counter, and refrigerator gives the wedding party a place to get ready, and rental includes keys to the restrooms, power for the gazebo, and dumpster access, so there's nowhere offsite to haul the garbage. The building's principal room can be partitioned into three sections and accommodates up to 280 guests with banquet seating or 360 with theater-style seating, suiting it to receptions, banquets, conferences, and community gatherings. Two additional meeting rooms, which can be combined into one larger space, hold 80 to 120 guests and are equipped with audiovisual equipment and wireless internet for presentations and smaller functions. A fully equipped kitchen, an adjoining lobby, and city staff assistance with table and chair setup round out the facility, which is operated by the City of Lacey's Parks, Culture and Recreation Department.
