Chris, who has such a strong interest in exploring new places, desired to establish a community that is steeped in originality. Chris started the refurbishment of Grant Station in 2011 and building of The Barn at Grant Station Events in the same year. Since then, they have launched a number of businesses, including Rib City, Old Grant Creamery, Island Paddle, and The Barn, and they still have a few more projects in the works. Chris and Judy Pozgar are the proud new owners of the Historic Grant Station. Although it operates as a different company from the restaurant, the wedding venue is still wholly owned by the same people.
