Imagining hosting a cocktail hour in our expansive courtyard, followed by a formal, plated dinner inside our elegant venue. Imagine having a cigar lounge outside, complete with a private bartender, while also serving dinner and dancing inside the main building. Whatever you can dream up, we can bring it to life for you. The Legacy Ballroom can be easily transformed into a fashion show, a high school prom, or a corporate fundraiser with minimal effort. In order to host annual meetings and presentations, we can transform our venue into a meeting space with the help of our audio/visual equipment. Our events have ranged from intimate social gatherings to stunning outdoor wedding ceremonies, as well as large-scale receptions and corporate fundraisers, since the Legacy Ballroom first opened its doors in 2010. At our full-scale, resort-inspired location nestled in the foothills of Paradise Valley, we provide exceptional, individualized service to all of our guests. With over 9,200 square feet of space, the Alhambra Ballroom provides the ideal amount of space for entertainment and dancing, allowing guests to relax and enjoy themselves throughout the evening. It is possible to combine the ballroom with the beautiful outdoor terrace, which provides an additional 6,300 square feet of space and is decorated in rich colors to add romance to the reception. The reception has a capacity of 450 people. Featuring an entrance that opens directly onto a manicured lawn with spectacular views of Camelback Mountain, the Valencia Ballroom allows for a seamless transition from indoor/outdoor reception space or from cocktail hour to reception. The Valencia Ballroom, with its nearly 4,600 square feet of space and lower, beveled ceilings, provides a more intimate setting for you and your guests. Because it has space for a stage and a dance floor, it is the ideal reception location for parties. The reception will have a capacity of 250 people. This beautiful ceremony site, which is directly adjacent to the Valencia Ballroom, offers breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain, as well as the ultimate in convenience for your guests' flow of traffic during the reception. With 6,500 square feet of usable space, the Valencia Lawn is a semi-private setting that is ideal for your ceremony and cocktail reception that will immediately follow. The reception will have a capacity of 350 people. Whatever the size of your wedding or the intimacy of your reception, the Castillo Lucena at Omni Scottsdale offers a fairy tale setting complete with memorable and architecturally stunning details such as cathedral ceilings accented with exposed wood beams and hand laid wood floors. The intricate architecture and décor will capture the attention of guests from the moment they walk through the 16th-century palace double doors from Southern Spain that grace the venue's entrance. The massive two-paneled pine door, which originates from the village of Lucena in northern Andalusia, adds an authentic touch to the venue, ensuring that everyone has a wonderful time at the celebration. It is possible to use this room for your ceremony first, and then convert it into a reception space. The reception will have a capacity of 120 people.
