History and tradition, like its namesake, influence Vincent Chicco's now-modern take on classic Italian-American dishes. Vincent Chicco's is a peaceful sanctuary tucked back on Hutson Alley, serving exquisite Italian food with fresh ingredients, handmade pastas, and house-made sauces. During the prohibition era, Vincent Chicco, an Italian immigrant to Charleston, managed a number of saloons and was a leader in the local anti-prohibition movement.
