The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . The sophisticated ceiling spotlights can transform this room from a well-lit meeting space to a stunning dramatic setting for dinner. Peterson Hall is connected to the House by a marble hallway. The historic Bronx Zoo was opened by the New York Zoological Society, now the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), on November 8, 1899. The WCS saves wildlife & wild places worldwide. Situated on the first two stories of a stately townhouse on New York City’s Upper East Side, the restaurant showcases Burke’s creative and contemporary approach to classic fare – often show-stopping presentations.

The Bouley Test Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Event Space and Dining Room in the Flatiron District of New York City. The Bouley Test Kitchen is open for lunch on weekdays. The multipurpose Test Kitchen serves as an attractive event space, an engaging classroom, and a state-of-the-art culinary laboratory, with a range of outstanding layouts to match the demands of your party. Private events, corporate/media events, photo/video shoots, and, of course, cookery demonstrations are all made possible by the audiophile A/V equipment, which includes projection and complete videoconferencing capabilities. Bouley Test Kitchen can accommodate up to 100 people seated or 150 standing for a reception. It is equipped with an open performance kitchen, a Steinway grand piano, and an audiophile A/V system from McIntosh. The Bouley team may use the Test Kitchen to experiment with new gourmet ideas and refine existing ones. Organic and bio-dynamic components help to advance innovative procedures that are motivated by health and taste. In the Bouley Test Kitchen, visitors can be seated for up to 120 people and cocktail parties can accommodate up to 180 people. A welcoming area for handed canapés or small dishes is provided in the space's expanding form, which combines the refinement of a 'Chef's dream' with a library of more than 8,000 textbooks of culinary inspiration. The Steinway Concert B piano in the main dining room reverberates beneath a Murano glass chandelier from the 18th century. With a wall of slate connecting the dining room to the kitchen, where guests are encouraged to chalk handwritten recipes or notes for special occasions, guests are invited to see the chefs' expertise in a setting adorned with 16th century copperware. Color LED projection technology, which is state-of-the-art, may be used to customize anniversaries or corporate events. The Test Kitchen also includes equipment from artisanal industry giants such as Molteni, Rational, and Electrolux, as well as handcrafted B&W Nautilus speakers and an emerald lighted turntable powered by the McIntosh Sound System.

The Culture Center located on Columbus Avenue and space is accessed down a sky-lit stairway flanked by century-old exposed brick overlooking a rock garden. The venue is available for any occasion such as a corporate and non-profit event space for training, workshops, social gatherings, audio-visual productions, and movie shoots.

The Milling Room, located in the center of the Upper West Side, serves seasonal, locally sourced American cuisine in a gorgeous sky-lit dining room and a vibrant tavern-inspired bar. The Milling Room, which opened its doors in November 2014, is located in the building that was originally constructed in 1890 as the elegant Endicott Hotel. When the original hotel opened, it was hailed as "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city" and "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city." The hotel was constructed of Pompeian brick and terracotta and included a glass-roofed Palm Room, which has since been replaced by The Milling Room. It was designed by Edward Angell, who also designed numerous other significant buildings on the Upper West Side, and built by Charles A. Fuller. The structure is located on Columbus Avenue between 81st and 82nd Streets, diagonally across from the American Museum of Natural History. For private events at The Milling Room, we offer three different event spaces, THE ENDICOTT ROOM (Capacity: 28 Seated Dinner | 35 Standing Reception), THE MAIN DINING ROOM (Capacity: 100 Seated Dinner with Dance Floor), and THE TAVERN. In a gorgeous courtyard that used to be the lobby of the Endicott Hotel (1890), the Milling Room is the ideal gathering space for friends, families, and coworkers to catch up with one another.
