Located in the heart of Chelsea’s Flower District, ILA Penthouse has multiple uses for entertaining indoors and outdoors, from corporate team building events and trainings, to unique Michelin chef dining experiences and other milestone celebrations including baby showers and weddings. Our venue's botanical environment can be configured to suit your individual needs. We offer many catering options, custom cocktails & mocktails, event design services, and of course, flowers. Tables, chairs, house linens, dishes and glasses are all included with your rental. ILA Penthouse and FlowerSchool NY are eco-friendly businesses. We compost organic matter daily, and do not allow single-use plastics or balloons in our space. All of the floral designs are foam-free and supported by organic materials and/or reusable containers. Homer’s focus has always been on creating flavorful, seasonal, unpretentious fare. This ethos and effort has placed 21 Greenpoint and Murray as a Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winner consistently since 2018. 21 Greenpoint is a New York City Bistro in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel. The space features a glass ceiling, exposed brick walls, a picture window looking into the kitchen, and open airflow. It can be booked for up to 24 guests seated.

Located in New York City, The Love Shack is a surreal photographic location and event space. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room. The main space is light-filled with an outdoor terrace that can host up to 300 guests and an adjacent indoor/outdoor space (fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space) that can host up to 150 guests. A top-to-bottom interior and exterior renovation sensitively restored the grandeur of the mansion’s exquisite craftsmanship and injected contemporary architectural features to transform one of New York’s grandest residences into a dynamic, dramatic setting for gatherings of all sizes. Situated on museum mile and steps away from the Guggenheim and Met, the mansion houses one of Manhattan’s largest enclosed gardens. The Arthur Ross Terrace and Garden has been designed to integrate contemporary landscape features with the garden’s historic plantings and is open year-round for tented or plein-air events.
