As a historical landmark, the Corliss family has taken great pride in impeccably preserving and restoring the farm, highlighting its natural beauties. For years, historic Kelley Farm has been a leading location for couples and individuals seeking an intimate and modern venue. Appreciating its rich history and tradition, we've carefully restored our barn to preserve its rustic charm while pairing it with modern architectural twists that redefine and elevate what it means to host a quaint barn event. We are also located directly across from Thunderbird Park and have the ability to rent the park for outdoor ceremonies or festivities. Brix on Main is a classy blank slate in the heart of Buckley. With great pride, AXIS Pioneer Square has preserved 10,000sqft within the historic 1889 Globe Building as Seattle’s most exciting event space. Our two joinable spaces are centered on a series of 15’ brick archways, blending seamlessly into antique wood floors with a sprinkle of industrial-modern design. The versatility of AXIS allows us to perfectly accommodate small gatherings all the way up to large events of 550 guests (cocktail style). Our venue is one of the only large capacity non-hotel event spaces in downtown Seattle and is easy walking distance to numerous downtown hotels, as well as the burgeoning Pioneer Square restaurant and bar scene (right out our back door). The modular space is designed by event professionals to allow you to customize your event within our stunning confines. Despite the fact that our west is no longer the wild and untamed frontier of yesteryear, its difficulties remain genuine, and its environment is still underdeveloped. There is still more to be built in the whiskey industry, and we are positioned now in our common history to embark on our own bold effort. And so we set forth, full of hope and determination, to construct our future and sculpt our Western landscape. Innovativeness is inherent in American Single Malt Whiskey, both in its creation and in its continued presence. Having said that, we don't innovate just for the sake of being innovative. However, we see the chance to offer new ideas to the world of single malt whiskey, and we will continue to be devoted to expressing our provenance. Built in the SoDo neighborhood of downtown Seattle, the 13,000 square-foot building features 40-foot ceilings, exposed original wood beams, and plenty of open space for working and relaxing. There is a spacious Tasting Room and Bar that serves as the main location for entertaining visitors, while the Cask Room adjacent to the Tasting Room provides a more private atmosphere.

Located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, our venue offers 1,800 square feet of event space, including a loft, a full service bar, and versatile catering options tailored to your needs. Originally built in the 1900s as a shoe repair facility, the building was beautifully transformed in 2008 into a premier party and event space.

PJ Hummel and Company’s World Headquarters is a repurposed century-old factory located in the transportation hub of Tacoma known as the Dome District. The venue, Tin Can Alley, is a facility for human connectivity as well as celebration of art, culture, tourism and business. Constructed in 1919 as a factory to house Tacoma Can Company, the unique building features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a delightful combination of contemporary and rustic accents laced throughout. This historic space features gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops, two separate floors each with their own bar and a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice.

The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park. It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, and is home to the Lake Stevens Farmers Market and City Council Chambers. The Mill contains three indoor meeting spaces, Sawyers Room, Hartford Hall, The Stack, and an outdoor covered plaza that can be rented in various combinations. The Sawyers Room is reserved for City Council, public meetings, and City business Monday through Thursday, and available for private rental Friday through Sunday. Hartford Hall is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows. It is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and spacious layout. The Stack is a semi-private room located on the second floor of the Mill and overlooks Hartford Hall. It is a casual space, with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs, and suited for a classroom-style setting, casual meetings, or informal gatherings. The outdoor plaza outside of the building is on the park side of the building and adjacent to Hartford Hall. The entire Mill is available to rent, or a combination of these spaces, for any social occasion or business needs like corporate retreats or small conferences. All indoor spaces include the ability to use the A/V system, folding tables and chairs, and presentation materials to suit your event’s needs.
