We remember when we were kids at a restaurant…seeing the kitchen doors swing open and closed, wondering what magic was behind them. Whether in a diner or a fancy white-tablecloth restaurant, the kitchen and the chefs were the hidden heart of the restaurant. And so at Roister we’ve built our kitchens to be the restaurant. Our chefs are an integral part of service. Roister’s food is rooted in primal cooking techniques combined with modern technology when it produces better results. The results are a combination of understated platings and vibrant flavors. It is the perfect environment for celebrating with a party, small or large, for dinner, brunch, or cocktails and snacks. We have event packages to fit each of these occasions. Supper Clubs are a Midwestern tradition and our St. Clair Supper Club is named after chef Achatz's home town in Michigan. Just below Roister we've created a comfortable spot to enjoy first class Prime Rib, Sweet Brandy Old Fashioned’s, Spicy Shrimp Cocktails, and delicious dishes and daily specials. Bar Siena, the two-story, 8,000-square-foot restaurant is located in the heart of ‘Restaurant Row’ in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Overseen by DineAmic Group partners and Top Chef Fabio Viviani, the menu is inspired by expansive Italian street food such as antipasti, pizza and calzones. Similar to sister venue, River North’s Siena Tavern, all dishes are made in-house, from-scratch; however, at Bar Siena they are served cicchetti-style –brought to the table to enjoy as they are prepared and intended to be shared. A lively bar occupies the ground level while a vibrant dining room is located on the second floor, both connected by an arresting illuminated sculpture inspired by Siena Tavern's olive tree icon.

NAIA features Greek-Levantine cuisine from the same chef partner, Athinagoras Kostakos, the culinary force behind some of DineAmic Hospitality’s most notable restaurants, including Lyra, Violi, and La Serre. NAIA is 12,000 square feet. The space is thoughtfully designed to host multiple fully private events at the same time. NAIA is divided into two areas: restaurant and lounge. Each area has its own layout, design, full service bar, and river views. An airwall separates the two spaces and can be opened for a seamless flow between the two or closed to create a fully private area. On the restaurant side, the private dining room accommodates up to 40 guests and features a mirrored wall that allows you to see out while maintaining privacy so outside guests cannot see in. The space is situated toward the back of the restaurant, but guests still have a view of the river. There is also a semi-private round table in the main dining room for 8 to 12 guests. The full restaurant seats around 250 guests. The lounge features soft seating and hosts up to 200 to 250 guests for a cocktail style event, or it can be divided into two private spaces using an additional airwall. The lounge can also be set with dining tables upon request. The full venue accommodates upwards of 750 or more guests for a cocktail style event.

This column-free general session space for over 1,945 guests has plenty of break-out spaces with the largest meeting room able to accommodate just under 650 guests. Stephanie Izard was born in the city of Chicago in the state of Illinois. She was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut, and went on to the University of Michigan and Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona before returning to Chicago in 2000 to pursue her culinary profession. She opened her first restaurant, Scylla, in Bucktown in 2004 after working under some of Chicago's best chefs (Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Vong; Sean McClain at Spring; Dale Levitski at La Tache). She had the opportunity to participate on Bravo's Top Chef a few years later, and she won as well as being selected fan favorite. Stephanie met her business partners, Rob and Kevin of BOKA Restaurant Group, and the idea for Girl & the Goat began to take shape. The restaurant debuted in Summer 2010 after great thought and consideration was given to the location in the West Loop. Just a few years later, Stephanie opened Little Goat Diner across the street, followed by Duck Duck Goat on Fulton Market in 2016. The James Beard Foundation nominated Girl & the Goat for best new restaurant in 2011, and Izard received the Beard award for Best Chef Great Lakes in 2013.
