A lunch counter provides a front and center view of the goings on in the kitchen and creates an intimate connection between the guests and the staff. Every day, we check our employees, and we have also installed six plasma cooling generators in all of our HVAC units, which kill any airborne viruses, germs, and mold as they pass through the system. We simply have two questions: Please stay at home and try again another day if you are not feeling 100 percent. We have no intention of leaving the country. 2. Don't forget to bring a mask. Our number one concern is to keep our employees healthy so that you may relax and enjoy yourself. When a result, please be prepared to cover your shoulders as you pass through the dining area.
