The above pricing is for our small party packages designed for a minimum of 15 guests and includes room rental, gratuity and tax. We have many options available on our website, www.TheGrandeEvent.com for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, network events, private parties, social events, book clubs, social clubs and more. We can seat 75 guests inside with a buffet room and 120 guests outside in our stacked stone courtyard.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Rental includes allotted time/space at The Grande, tables, chairs, linens, china, stemware, glassware and access to our 5 acre estate
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- For small parties, 30 or less we require a non refundable deposit that represents the room fee. For these small parties we don't take final payment until 5 days prior to your event and that is not refundable as we immediately place food orders and schedule staff.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We can seat 75 guests inside with a buffet room or 120 outside in our stacked stone courtyard
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No outside floral. We partner with Petals Edge Floral. No balloons, table scatter, tea or cookie favors. You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your event. Any item not allowed will not be allowed to enter our building. Seating provided for children 6 or older and no strollers as we don't have space
