Hendry House is a historic building set within Fort C.F. Smith Park, a 19-acre property in Arlington that includes a lush tree canopy, an open meadow, and a partially preserved 1863 Civil War fort. The house itself offers four separate meeting rooms, a large kitchen for caterers, front and side porches, and a separate changing room for wedding parties. The venue accommodates up to 65 guests seated or 85 standing indoors, with room for up to 150 guests when a tent is added on the adjoining lawn, making it suited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private meetings alike. Housed in a former Arlington County school building, the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington (MoCA Arlington) has occupied its location since 1976. The building was constructed in 1910 to a design by architect Charles M. Robinson and served as a school before being adapted for cultural use; it is designated both an Arlington County Landmark and a listing on the National Register of Historic Places. A 2005 renovation restored the building's original Louis Comfort Tiffany Studio stained-glass windows, which remain a signature feature of the space today. Spanning 17,000 square feet, the museum houses nine exhibition galleries, twelve artist studios, and three classrooms. Carroll Mansion is a Federal-era historic house museum in Baltimore's Jonestown neighborhood, four blocks east of the Inner Harbor. Built around 1811, the mansion served as the winter residence of Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence. Carroll Museums, Inc. has operated and restored the property since 2002, welcoming private events alongside museum programming. The mansion's second floor houses three connected rooms — the Drawing Room, Dining Room, and Parlor — with 18-foot ceilings, a spiral staircase, and ornate chandeliers.
