There is more than enough space to craft your dreams with another 25,000 square feet of available leasing space. Our industrial environment is more adaptable than you may believe. Ambient+ also rents out cameras, lighting, and grip. Ambient gives you the best of both worlds without the hefty price tag, similar to dropping a New York apartment in sunny California. Ambient includes nearly 10,000 square feet of hardwood floors, big industrial windows, a massive cyc-wall, and roll-in access, and was designed by a photographer. 910. This studio was created about that time. That was over a century ago. Prior to the sinking of the Titanic. Before the First World War. Of course, they had no idea it was going to be a studio when they built it. They believed they'd constructed a plant that would turn raw cotton into fire-resistant garments. And they did so for a total of 84 years. After that, there were a few years of hand-wringing, followed by a few years of neglect and abandonment. They finally handed it up to Jason Ivany in 2007. Just before the 100th anniversary, he got it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be.

Banshee is a restaurant + bar located in East Atlanta Village serving New American fare that's focused on seasonality. Each couple can invite up to 250 guests to their wedding when using both the Taproom and The Grove patios. The Taproom alone can hold 150 guests. The roughly 1870 mansion is listed on the Georgia and National Registers of Historic Places and is on 2.89 acres near the crossroads of Chamblee-Dunwoody and Vermack Roads. The home and barn, which have been completely renovated with modern comfort and ADA accessibility in mind, are excellent for a wide range of special occasions. The main house seats 50-60 people and features many rooms that can be quickly converted into meeting rooms, including one large meeting room and several smaller breakout meeting sections. An arbor, a brick pavilion area, a flowing fountain immediately adjacent to the main house, and an open meadow are among the lovely outdoor places. The Clarkston Community Center is a nonprofit event and community gathering space housed in a repurposed early-20th-century school building in Clarkston, Georgia. Founded in 1994, the center serves one of the most culturally diverse communities in the United States, connecting longtime residents with newly arrived families and refugees through arts, education, wellness, and cultural programming. The facility offers more than 10,000 square feet of indoor event space, including Angora Hall — a 2,900-square-foot room with vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a curtained stage, and a baby grand piano — alongside smaller rooms suited for meetings and workshops. As a company, we're in the business of providing people with what they want... and if that includes a massive private event room loaded with dozens of games and cool, tasty beer, then you've arrived at the perfect spot, my friend. As our event space has grown to accommodate up to 300 people, we've held a broad range of events, including corporate meetings, fundraisers, alumni gatherings, class reunions, wedding receptions, baby showers, and the list goes on and on! In addition to a three-vessel, 40 BBL brewhouse, 620 BBL of fermentation space, and 320 BBLs of brite beer storage, we have a 620 BBL of fermentation space. Clarification of all of our beers is accomplished with the help of a GEA centrifuge. Red Hare, like with a small number of other craft breweries, is fortunate in that it has a full-time biochemist and a fully equipped laboratory for quality control. We were the first craft brewery in Georgia to can its beer, and we were the first brewery in the world to use the evercan, an aluminum can with a high recycled content. With a 40-head filler and six-head seamer, our canning line is capable of packaging nearly 480 cases every hour (about 11,520 cans)! It is possible for us to process 50 BBLs of beer per day on our kegging line.
