Spreafico Farms sits on a working family-owned cattle and vegetable ranch in San Luis Obispo County, nestled among vineyards and rolling hills. The property is part of Rancho Corral de Piedra, a 30,911-acre Mexican land grant established in 1841, and is home to one of the oldest existing milking barns in the county — a structure that retains much of its original historic character while offering modern amenities for today's events. Three distinct spaces accommodate a range of gatherings on the property. The historic barn seats up to 180 guests on smooth concrete floors, the barn back patio extends the footprint with seating for an additional 130 guests on decomposed granite, and the hilltop ceremony area offers 360-degree panoramic views with a built-in rustic backdrop, stage, and pews. Spreafico Farms provides indoor wooden and outdoor bars, string and market lighting, heating systems, a catering area with an outdoor prep sink and grill, natural wood chairs with white padding, and 8-foot rectangular tables. Founded in 1984, the estate was conceived by three founding families — the Storys, Martins, and McDougals — to create a dedicated wedding and events venue defined by lush landscaping, historic architecture, and full-service hospitality. Since its first wedding in May of that year, Grand Tradition has hosted over 10,000 weddings across its grounds. The estate features two primary reception venues and three ceremony sites, accommodating gatherings of 75 to 300 guests. The Beverly Mansion, constructed between 1977 and 1983 and inspired by historic Los Angeles estates, offers a Victorian-style crystal ballroom with Swarovski chandeliers, an oversized grand staircase, and garden views overlooking a heart-shaped lake. All of our wines are obtained solely from our own vineyard and winery. On our land, we farm our vineyard and plant grape varietals that are suited to the varied microclimates that exist. Our winemaking palette is created as a result of this, allowing us to combine great wines that genuinely represent the distinct qualities of our estate's terroir. Our History Murrieta's Well is one of California's oldest wineries, having been in operation since the 1800s and cultivating grapes ever since. Starting with cuttings from France's celebrated Chateau d'Yquem and Chateau Margaux vineyards, our vineyard has grown to yield fruit of the best quality ever produced. Over 25 years ago, Spain’s oldest winemaking family, Raventós Codorníu, ventured to a new world: a sea-facing hillside in the Napa Valley, with rocky soils and a favorable coastal climate. It was here in Los Carneros that the family planted new roots, and built upon a 460-year winemaking legacy to create the next generation of estate-grown, artisan wines. We opened in 1991 as Codorníu Napa with a mission to make California’s top sparkling wine. As the vineyard proved its pedigree for still wines, the Artesa name was born in 1998. Artesa has since become a leading producer of distinctive wines from the varietals for which Los Carneros and Napa Valley are best known: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Raventós Codorníu is the oldest family winery in Spain, with roots dating back to 1551. Seventeen generations of the founding family have built a legacy of innovation, from the world-famous inventors of Cava, Codorníu; to the oldest winery in Rioja, Bodega Bilbainas; to the single largest estate vineyard in Europe, Raimat; to the jewels of Legaris in Ribera del Duero and Priorat’s Scala Dei; to the high elevation vineyards of Septima in Mendoza, Argentina; and of course here at Artesa. Winemakers from each estate collaborate and bring a legacy of expertise together. The Artesa Estate Vineyard is set in the steep foothills that straddle the Los Carneros and Mount Veeder AVAs at the southern tip of the Napa Valley. Its proximity to the San Pablo Bay, three miles south, provides the cool, maritime climate ideal for pinot noir and chardonnay. The 150-acre vineyard is planted along five distinct ridges, with a variety of slopes and soils. To farm such a complex site, the vineyard is divided in over fifty distinct blocks, tailoring our efforts to the unique character of each block. Most of the vineyard is dedicated to pinot noir – 80 acres are planted in 28 blocks with ten distinct clones. The steep, south-facing slopes of the ranch are dominated by shallow, alluvial soils of weathered sandstone and shale, with long exposure to sunshine and maritime air. These are ideal conditions for growing pinot noir that is clean, balanced, concentrated and distinctively aromatic. Nearly fifty acres are planted to chardonnay in 13 blocks, primarily on northeast-facing slopes that offer some protection from wind and late-afternoon sun and are dominated by Haire Clay Loam soils. Chardonnay from these sites express ripe citrus character and distinctive minerality. Twenty acres are dedicated to twelve micro-blocks specially suited to boutique Estate bottlings. Albariño is planted on two of the coolest sites; low-lying, gentle slopes in the shadow of Milliken Peak. Six blocks of Tempranillo are planted on gravelly soils in the warmest sites, and the very highest ridge of the property, above the 400 foot elevation boundary that separates Mount Veeder from Carneros, are four blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The Artesa Estate Vineyard is farmed sustainable in accordance with our certifications for Napa Green Land and Fish Friendly Farming.

The Riviera Mansion is a historic estate operated by the University Club of Santa Barbara, founded in 1919 and situated in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara at 1332 Santa Barbara Street. Nestled among three central parks and steps from the historic courthouse and Alice Keck Park, the mansion has served as a pillar of Santa Barbara's social and civic life for over a century. The estate features 10 elegantly appointed interior rooms alongside curated gardens, patios, and lawns for outdoor gatherings, accommodating events from 20 to 200 or more guests. Weddings, corporate affairs, receptions, reunions, and celebrations of all kinds are hosted here throughout the year. Membership in the University Club is not required to book a private event. The venue's in-house Private Events Manager and Executive Chef work together to design customized packages tailored to each event, providing full catering, beverage service, staffing, setup, and breakdown.
