From the stadium to the top table, Levy creates remarkable experiences by combining unfettered creativity, custom strategy, flawless service, and a genuine passion for great food. Larry and Mark Levy bought D.B. Kaplan's Delicatessen in Chicago's Water Tower Place in 1978. Levy Restaurants was founded with the help of their mother, Eadie, and some traditional family recipes. Larry and Mark enlisted the help of their mother, Eadie, in the deli. Eadie Levy became known as our "Company Mom" after that. The concept of sports catering was born. At the former Comiskey Park in 1982, Levy pioneered the concept of excellent dining in stadiums (then home of the Chicago White Sox). We expanded our services to include Wrigley Field in 1985, and the rest is history. Our retail expansion has been amazing, from a 50th anniversary clothing line for the St. Louis Blues to a Chicago Cubs pop-up shop along the Magnificent Mile. We opened off 2017 with huge news, the debut of Rank + Rally, our retail subsidiary, with new partners the Vegas Golden Knights and the Brooklyn Nets adding to our roster. Longman & Eagle is a modern spin on a traditional Chicago inn, located in the Logan Square district of Chicago, USA, and offering thoughtful, imaginative drinking, eating, and sleeping alternatives. Longman & Eagle has a variety of private dining options for seated dinners, brunches, and cocktail gatherings. Whiskey tasting programs with a guide are also available: - Groups of 10 to 20 people - Tastings run Tuesday through Thursday - Rare bottles, L&E favorites, and whiskey essentials are all available for tasting. Much of the city's early social life focused on establishments like The Eagle, The Green Tree, and The Sauganash, and the history here is both colorful and rich. Gaijin by Chef Paul Virant is Chicago’s first okonomiyaki restaurant, offering both Hiroshima and Osaka styles of the savory Japanese pancake. A self-described gaijin, or “outsider” in Japanese, Virant playfully embraces this perspective and honors traditional preparations and techniques, as well as his well-known passion for pickling and preserving. Designed to deliver a lively and interactive culinary experience, the 60-seat space is anchored by a custom 12-foot griddle and chef’s counter and offers individual Hiroshima teppan griddles for table service. The dessert menu features kakigori, a shaved ice dessert, along with mochi donuts and other Japanese-inspired treats. Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant brings an authentic British pub experience to downtown Chicago's Loop, operating from the ground floor of Club Quarters Central Loop hotel at 111 West Adams Street. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., the venue serves classic British fare alongside an extensive bar program, making it a well-positioned host for both daytime business events and late-night celebrations. For private events, the Adams Street location offers more dedicated event space than any other Elephant & Castle location in the United States. Three distinct spaces accommodate groups of varying sizes: the lower-level Buckingham Rooms provide fully private dining with a private bar; the third-floor Clark & Adams suite offers large conference-style rooms with satellite bar service; and the Main Floor can be arranged as a semi-private section or full restaurant buyout. Our “Salon Prive” is a private space inspired by the great salons of yester-year; featuring vintage doors for complete privacy and a state of the art audio visual system. “The Library” is a warm, intimate space filled with vintage “finds” and books, custom sliding doors and dark wood features.
