Froggy's French Café has been a beloved fixture on Chicago's North Shore since 1980, when founders Gregg Mason and Chef Thierry Lefeuvre opened its doors in Highwood, Illinois. Now in its fifth decade and maintained in partnership with Bill and Sheri Cartwright, the restaurant has built a reputation for seasonal French cuisine prepared with fresh, distinctive ingredients — earning recognition from Zagat and Wine Spectator along the way. For private events, Froggy's offers three dedicated spaces. The Greenhouse Bar accommodates up to 25 guests and is available Saturdays for lunch and Sundays for events, set beneath warm lights and lush greenery. The Wine Cellar holds up to 50 and is accessible daily with customizable layouts suited to seated dinners and intimate receptions. The Dining Room seats up to 80 and is available Sundays for lunch or dinner and Saturdays for lunch events. Throughout all three spaces, artwork by Jacqueline Lefeuvre gives the rooms a distinctively French character. In-house catering is available for on-site events, with off-site catering handled through a partner company.

The Chef’s Room: This is a small private room on the first level of the restaurant with open-lighting and a great view of the outside patio. This space is ideal for family get-togethers, business meetings, and more. The Boardroom: The Boardroom is an upstairs private room that is spacious and naturally lit. It's ideal for huge gatherings like bridal showers, baby showers, and rehearsal dinners because it features a balcony and a full bar. The Ivy Restaurant is on N. Hale Street in Wheaton, Illinois. We are known for our steaks, chops, and seafood and are open six days a week. When it comes to creating seasonal menus, we take a different approach. Not only between our chefs and the owners, Dick and Carol O'Gorman, but also with our key staff and community members, the process is collaborative. Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space. Up to 100 individuals can be accommodated. Weather permitting, available seasonally. Rooftop Patio Plan an outdoor event and dine al fresco on the northwest suburbs' only rooftop.
