Our Balcony Dining Area may be rented for parties of up to 40 people, and we provide a full-service menu. This room is placed on the second floor and has three walls encircling it, with the fourth wall uncovered to provide a view of the main dining room below. A floor-to-ceiling curtain separates the open wall idea from the rest of the room, creating a more contained and personal environment for your visitors. This space is illuminated by a spectacular wall of tall windows, which, when combined with an independent volume control sound system and an accessible flat screen television, creates an inviting and delightful ambience. There is a meal and beverage minimum requirement. Vegetarian and vegan choices are available for all events, upon request, from our Executive Chef. Any dietary limitations that exist among the group members should be communicated to the Event Manager in advance. If you prefer to hold a private event at St. Cecilia, the church can be closed to the public for your convenience. The complete dining room, bar, and balcony spaces will be purchased as part of the sale of the restaurant. Catering services for up to 150 people in cocktail hour, passing or stationed hors d'oeuvres options, and seated lunch or dinner are available, as well as a reception-style event catering service for up to 250 guests. For buyout events, there is a food and beverage minimum that is determined by the day of the week and the time of day the event takes place. Meadowlark 1939, a historic estate 50 minutes south of Atlanta and steeped in history, is a reminiscence of English-inspired gardens combined with the warmth and welcome of southern charm. With crawling ivy, magnolia trees, statues and statuettes, clear lakes, and walkways to meander, we've created an environment where significant moments and connections can flourish! The journey begins with a site visit, during which you will be able to appreciate the beauty and heart of Meadowlark 1939 and her caretakers. We guarantee that from the moment you set foot on the site, you will "feel" the beautiful wedding setting of your dreams. Meadowlark Garden consisted of a total of seven acres of old formal gardens, which were set inside a 400-acre conservation area. The ancient property, which was built in 1883, has 2,200 square feet of furnished area for preparations and storage. Our 150-year-old Pecan tree provides a gorgeous backdrop for any event, and the site can accommodate up to 300 guests depending on the configuration of your event. There are a variety of ceremony and reception sites available on the property. Ingram family has owned this historically historic property since it was purchased in 1939, when they purchased the original farmhouse built in 1891, which is now a museum. When Frank Ingram and his wife, Rhoda Hopson Ingram, bought the ancient farmhouse, they immediately started renovating it and planting flowers in it. Rhoda Hopson had a genuine passion for gardening, and she imagined walkways and allees that would meander through pleasant garden rooms, which she saw come to fruition throughout her life. A number of years later, her grandson Jay Averett, together with the property's caretakers, AP and Alea Moore, revived the gorgeous property as Meadowlark 1939, bringing it back to life.

Built in 1835 as the Federal-style home of Augusta merchant John Phinizy, the Marion Hatcher Center is a four-story historic residence in downtown Augusta, Georgia that now serves as a full-service event venue. The property was expanded in 1855 with Second Empire and High Victorian details — ornamental mantles, parquet flooring, and leaded stained glass windows — and grew again in 1949 with a two-story wing housing the main ballrooms. A comprehensive restoration beginning in the 1990s uncovered original inlaid floors, returned Victorian columns and ceramic tile fireplaces to their former condition, and added manicured courtyards with salt-finished walkways and ornate wrought iron gates. The venue offers a range of spaces to fit different event sizes and formats. The 3,000-square-foot Ballroom accommodates up to 150 guests for seated dinners, receptions, and corporate gatherings.
