The Space HTX is Houston's new urban and trendy venue for hosting outstanding weddings, corporate events, concerts, and parties, and is located in the heart of EADO - "The Art & Soul of the City." The Space HTX is a 5000-square-foot white-on-white industrial warehouse with a mix of raw materials and contemporary design that can easily be altered for any event. The urban warehouse is the ideal blank canvas for experiencing and showcasing EADO's bustling neighborhood, which is rich in history, companies, and entertainment. It provides an unrivaled perspective of the city skyline for you and your guests. Industrial warehouse with a white-on-white theme. It's ideal for business parties, weddings, and other forms of entertainment. On the day of the event, the Event Coordinator will be on hand to guarantee that all services are delivered successfully. At least two months before to your event, your Venue Coordinator will conduct an hour-long consultation meeting. Ceremony packages in The Space HTX include an hour of rehearsal time, two pipe-and-drape panels, and two hours in The Studio HTX. Choose between round and rectangle tables, as well as white folding and/or clear Chiavari chairs, all of which may be rented. Our venue provides a Preferred Vendor list, which allows you to quickly choose vendors who best fit your requirements. Since its founding in 1925, the Junior League of Houston has collaborated with a variety of organizations in order to provide assistance and services to individuals who are in need. This has allowed the organization to effect positive change through the efforts of its highly educated and empowered female volunteers. At the Junior League, we would love to host your next event! With a few notable exemptions, the Tea Room, the Ballroom, and the entire building are all available for daytime and evening gatherings, seven days a week, throughout the entire year. The original Houston Heights Fire Station No. 14 is located at Yale and 12th Street, approximately 4 miles north of downtown Houston, and is the last remaining municipal facility from the era when the Heights was a separate municipality. Houston's first public meeting hall, City Hall, fire station, and jail were all constructed in 1914 at a time when horse-drawn fire wagons were still the primary means of transportation. When it became Station Number 14 in 1918, it would remain that way until 1987, when it was permanently decommissioned for the last time. The Houston Heights Association voted in the early millennium to save the building and restore it to its former splendor, and they were successful. After repairing the building and installing vintage carriage-style doors in homage to the horse-drawn carriages of the early twentieth century, when the corral was located directly behind the fire station, The H.H.A. was able to reopen the corral. After being purchased by the Houston Height Association in 1979, the property has since grown to become one of the most popular outdoor wedding venues in the city of Houston.
