The Wilshire Screening Room and Art Gallery is a private event and screening facility located at 8670 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California. Part of the Screening Services Group — ranked highest in Variety's "Small is Beautiful" — the venue combines a professional-grade cinema with an adjacent art gallery curated by Husar Fine Art, offering a distinctive setting for film events, receptions, and private gatherings. The screening room seats 49 to 50 guests in a dedicated theater with a 9'3" by 18'7" screen, stadium-style rows spaced six feet apart, Dolby Atmos audio, and 2K and 4K Christie DLP projection supporting 2D and 3D formats. The space is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alongside the cinema, the art gallery — with its hardwood floors, track lighting, and rotating exhibitions — accommodates receptions and stand-alone events, with tables and chairs included in the rental. Underground parking is available in the building, and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the facility.

Otium offers event spaces for your next celebration in Los Angeles, California. Otium is a restaurant that removes the formalities of dining and instead focuses on the quality of the food, the warmth of the service, and the relaxed casual atmosphere. With an open kitchen that connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, it is intended to be a social gathering place. The name of the restaurant, Otium, has its origins in Latin and is intended to convey the idea of a place where time can be spent engaging in leisurely social activities. With options ranging from intimate dinners on our mezzanine to large gatherings on the plaza, as well as off-site catering, we are happy to personalize the experience for you and your guests. It's on the patio. Our patio has a view of the grassy park that we share with The Broad Museum of Contemporary Art. On the Broad side of the patio, there is a gas fire pit as well as lounge seating for guests. On the other end of the patio, there is a wood-fired rotisserie with seating for a full-service dinner. Allies Creator Studio is a raw industrial boutique space located in South Park, Downtown Los Angeles, blocks from LA Live, the Fashion District, and Gallery Row. Founded by Felix Arguelles and Tanya Arguelles, the studio was designed as a creative hub for independent artists, startups, and corporate teams seeking an alternative to conventional event venues. The 3,000-square-foot space features a 25-foot ceiling height, a 13-foot storefront window with natural light and blackout capability, a fully functional kitchen, makeup and changing areas, and ground-floor access with an active driveway for easy load-in and load-out. WiFi, heating and air conditioning, and a sound system are included with bookings. The studio hosts corporate events, product launches, workshops, pop-up shops, photography and film productions, and private celebrations. From concept through completion, the Allies team works with clients to plan and execute events across all of these formats.
